Cece was 23 then she still looks good and still sounds good now good dance music in that Era also the 80s too. She still perform last time i saw she was on BET show maybe 3 yrs ago classic 90s house dance . Where Cece Peniston, Robin S and Crystal Waters they all had performed had classic bangers they all had mega hits.

Ce Ce was born in Dayton Ohio moved to Phoenix Arizona at age of 9. Also was crowned Miss Black Arizona in 1989. You pronounced her last name correct. The song was released in 1992. Great reaction btw I like Monie Love too! Lol
