Gordon Hayward isn't going to force anything and makes IQ plays, he will attack mismatches and angles to the basket and pass the ball when someone else has more open shot or better advantage can score on all three levels and does everything well....OKC-He won't go 1 on 1 verses a set defense off the first pass or shoot when not open....SGA would fire up crazy layups with GH wide open in the corner. He worked well in the pick and roll with Mark Williams before MW got hurt on Hornets last year.....Never saw OKC use Gordon in a PR....why everyone is acting like OKC situation is indicative of what Gordon has to offer didn't watch any games. Sombody is going to get a steal for a vet Min. He has several 20+ point games earlier in the year before the trade and GH scored 50 ponts vs Spurs just 2 years ago.

Another guy id like to add whos young , big , versatile, mobile , can shoot , blk shots is Aleksej Pokusevski.
We already have Embiid , George , Maxey in the starting lineup which is probably minimum 75 ppg right there.
You could sign Aleksej to a minimum contract , start him at PF , & because we will be all set in the starting lineup offensively he can play 20 -25 mpg & just slowly develop & gain experience around the rest of the starting lineup.
I have no doubt he could hold down that starting spot in limited mins. He can literally do everything on the court....but probably most importantly he can blk shots & rebound at that PF slot. Hes also 7 ft tall but has the versatility to play 4 positions on the court because of his mobility SG - SF - PF - C.
I think this would be a minimum risk , very high upside signing on a 22 yr old former 1st round pick , and it gives us legit 5 out offense , while him being 7ft tall shot blocker wont give up anything on defense with legit size.
By recruiting injury prone players 76ers are truly pivoting to a health care provider. If you are a former star with injuries you know where you should be, Ben Simmons should be back here too. He fits the criteria

My updated FA targets.
1.) TYUS JONES! ( Promise him a starting spot next to Maxey )
2.) Morris , we need some legit PF's at least available , even if they only play limited mins in key match ups.
3.) Gordon Hayward. He averaged roughly 14.5 ppg 5 rpg & 5 apg for Charlotte before he was traded.
Hayward is a tremendous all around player who has very high IQ and crafty as hell. In games Paul George sits out injured Hayward can fill in his role & give you some rebounds, passing, shooting, & slashing with vet smarts.
Also , Hayward can play any role they ask him to , he an also play some 4. With celtics he averaged closer to 7 rpg playing mins at PF.
If we're fully healthy , Hayward will be fine not getting high mins. But can play high mins if needed.
I also like Hayward as a back up playmaker with size.
4.) I like gallinari ,Nwora , Roco ( if healthy ) or Dowtin if we cannot get any of my targets above.
Actually if Roco is fully healthy & ready to go - He'd be my top target to start with limited mins at PF.
Nwora is a young guy I've had my eyes on for a few years , because hes got great size for a wing 6'8 , good ball handler in terms of iso plays for himself , he's a solid slasher or 3pt shooter , and as a wing he's a tremendous rebounder at his size.
If we cannot get any other legit PF candidates , Nwora could start at PF & get you 6 to 7 rpg .. .He just won't be much of a defender. I do think depending on where he goes he's a break out candidate if he ever gets a legit opportunity.

If for some reason the 76ers can't sign Luke Kennard to a veteran minimum contract I believe Markieff Morris would be a good replacement so the second option for those three 76ers open roster spots would be: Marcus & Markieff Morris and RaiQuan Gray anyone of the two combination of players including the one that I mentioned in my message earlier today I would be alright and ok with nothing else! GO SIXERS.....

If Hayward wants to sign here for a vet min deal, you do it. He can do everything a wing needs to do with a really high upside. If he gets hurt, oh well. There isn't a losing situation with signing him.

DOUNTIN should be the guy they choose. I think what the sixers need is a commitment to go deep into the bench during the season. Doc Rivers refused to do that and it ultimately cost him his job (the sixers lost against Boston because they were gassed in 2022-23) The key to beating Boston is to speed up the game (that's how Miami beat them in the 2023 playoffs) All hands on deck. I will never understand why so much discussion over these last few players when they will not get meaningful minutes (relegated to garbage time )
