Ang nakakatuwa sa BPO walang descrimination in terms of age,gender,sexual orientation or kahit may tatoo k p sa katawan mo...sa skills mo sila naka focus and capability mo na makaya yung work.tapos sa salary nila at benefits maganda rin.....ang mahirap lng jan is yung mga irate costumer at sobrang taas ng presure sa work ....pero nakadepende n lng sayo yun kung paano mo dadalhin patatagan lng ng loob......kaya if gusto mo ng malaking sahod at magandang benefits mag apply k n sa mga Call center companies.

Kung magaapply kayo kasi gusto nyo lang ng trabaho make sure na ung mga isasagot nyo is about commiment and ung mga masshare nyo sa kumpanya, it doesn't matter kung may exp o wala. Galingan nyo lang ibenta ung sarili, makapasa sana kayong lahat 🙌

I'm Sheina and I want to pass in a call center because it aligns to my skills and capability and most especially at the same time, to give my family a regular check up. Among us who are five siblings in the family, I am the second eldest but the eldest of the three daughters. As the second eldest, I don't want to become a burden to our family. Kuya Reneboy, tanong ko lang Po sana, Kasi nakapasa Ako sa Initial and Assessment, then Yung Final interview is via Microsoft Teams Video call. Ang Sabi sakin Antay lang daw sa email para sa result. Mga Ilang days Po kaya bago sila mag email sa results?
Gusto ko po mag work sa BPO industry para po magamit ko ung knowledge ko sa tinake kong course na BSE major in english (undergrad) English Proficiency and contact center Services NCII . Siguro Kung nag acquire ako, Baka may 1 year na ako sa BPO. Di ko Kasi talaga Kaya ang night shift eeh. Anyways, I'm very happy Naman na nasa hospital setting na ako😊😊😊

Good day kuya reneboy, always watching. from catarman here. tatanong ko lang po Tumatanggap ba ang mga bpo company ng may mga disabilities. Like me po I'm one-eyed po since birth. Nakapagcollege naman po ako, but since number 1 requirement ng mga hanap ng company yung may mga pleasing personality tlg.

Galing ako ng Sapient kahapon, they invited me for onsite initial interview. But Halos di ako tumagal ng 30 mins sa office. They're saying something na di nila inistraight sabihin sakin like I'm "half active" daw po. Diko magets kung they mean to say na di ako qualify for the work. So they give back my ID at balik nalang daw ako. Walang interview na naganap. Nakakasad ☹️
Tapos when I got home I received a text from my referrer, a Zoom meeting ID . Edi nagjoin ako sa room kasi im thinking baka yun na Ang next sa process. Kaso, di rin ako naforward sa interviewer kasi wala daw ako profile from my referrer. Tapos pinafollow up ko yung referrer ko kasi yun ang sabi ng mga admin ifollow up ko daw kaso until now, wala pa ding response. Diko alam kung di ba ako qualify or what
