Spot on. Enough with the minor bug fixes. Adding more match types is what this game needs to focus on. If they can add 8 more basic match types its back for most people that left.
Special Guest referee would instantly be a favorite among many. You can be toxic, have fun, and control how the match plays out. They just gotta give us full control of count outs, pin counts, DQs, and obviously being able to wrestle the competitors without retaliation.
Table match , something simple but could be a ton of fun. With an option to adjust how many tables need to be broken to win the match. Makes for longer matches and more forgiving for those phantom breaks.
Gauntlet, Handicap, Tornado Tag, Cage, Iron Man, multiman Ladder match....If they can add these match types the game instantly gets better imo and people will be excited to play again.

Just wanted to say thank you for being real with your viewers and giving your actual honest opinion and not shilling for Yukes and Omegas fuckery. The game is still not worth $60, unless you think a more Arcade style wrestling game in terms of quantity of content given to the player is worth full price. My broke ass gonna continue to play Wrestling Empire.
This game is a disaster and I will continue rip it apart until the major issues are fixed. I dont put up with bs!
And as far as the game being early access goes. I think everyone who is upset with the game has a right to be because they paid full price for an early access game

No, the patch is not enough. They haven’t even addressed the customizations save issue. Edited move sets, entrance options and even some CAWs do not permanently save after finalizing them and revert back to their default states. If these are the only levels of customization the game offers, they don’t work properly and this issue isn’t being prioritized…at a loss, smh.
Lmao just read the patch notes - garbage fixes for a garbage game. They don’t believe in QOL fixes, they’re worried about mini games and fixing leaderboard glitches. Oh and the invisible roof on a car in SS. Way to prioritize Mr. Omega!

Ever since this patch some things are better but one major problem I’m having, constant black screens.
Never had this problem before and now it’s happening all the time, the other day it took me maybe 6-7 restarts to get the game to work

@@LoadedIsABeast And Stampede. I know some people like it but its unrelated to wrestling and probably took months of development away from the core game.
They don't see this game as competitive. Its quite simple. Hence why they wont do anything about CAWS. They don't view ranked mode as a competitive mode, and see it the same as casual mode but with the bonus of getting titles. In other words, they are under the, "Its just a game. Why are you so upset" mentality, and view the people that do as a very small part of the player base. Even if they cared enough to do so, you can bet the same people using the CAWS in ranked, which will most likely be a large number, will complain about be singled out for using a caw, and claim that they earned by playing the story mode, deeming such a change unfair. I played fighting games before so I understand the complaints, but it seems like due to reasons I pointed out before, they rather let what they consider a small group continue to be upset, then upset another group which may be larger in comparison.
I can see why 2k avoided having a ranked mode in their games, and just have lobbies, so they didn't have to deal with this nonsense lol.

They have no sense of urgency when it comes to online but a lot people stopped playing because of caws alone.
I'll just wait for psn to make the game one of the free monthly downloads. From everything I've seen, this game is not looking fire

@LoadedIsABeast maybe, wwe 2k22 did well i heard, after wwe 2k20 mess of a launch so i guess ppl will give aew ff2 a shot if there's one, although maybe i'm being too positive but thq nordic and yukes could still update aew ff and adress some of the issues you mentioned and add more content

No. I bought the expensive version of the game. Played for 1 day. It sucked. Short entrances and mini games are horrible. Wwe 2k24 does aew better.
People wouldn't be so bothered with short entrances if they had more match types

I think people just see the potential and its quite frustrating. Add more match types that are already in the game...like wtf are they doing over there. Its simple asf to get it back in good enough shape. I don't play online but i know how created players are unfun to play against even back in the UFC games. No one wants to play against some OP characters that are 100 in every category.
