I have two of the diplomat toilets for4 years. One still flushes fine . The second doesn't flush everything down . The drain is clear but there isn't hardly any water coming out around the top of the bowl. I delimed it and still the same. Any ideas ?

So this is the American Standard Champion 4 of the Eljer world In the bathroom in my house it so far had 3 toilets that I know of 1959 toilet 1980s Briggs 2006 Eljer Savoy 2017 American Standard Champion 4 We have an 1980s Briggs toilet in the basement.
And thus we see the sad state of Eljer, now just a brand that resells crappy AS toilets. For a short time, they still sold their original models like the Signature, but now they don't anymore.
