Last minute firings for the Stithians show Monday 15th (Cornwall) it’s a one day county show and I’ve been in the large craft marquee for many years. I really missed it during Covid. It’s a soft sunny Sunday morning here. The doors are open and the birds are singing and I need to get back on the wheel. Thank you Vaughan.

A request among many that you keep getting: if you can fit in a couple of demos of tile murals, the hand builder in me would gain a lot of knowledge. If Jackie manages a session, that would be so delightful too. I hope you’d be sold out.

They are very informative and full of tips for potters of any skill level. I noticed your yarn bowls which look so perfect. Any tips of how to keep them in round in the glaze firing? My first attempts have only been 50% success. I fire at cone 5-6. Thanks! Joanie M.

Use a clay that has some grog in it such as a sandy stoneware.
for the outside video, I could not hear for the noise.
