真砂土ではなく黒っぽい土を使うのは何か意味があるのでしょうか？
関東の土は基本的に黒土になります。真砂土に比べて、黒土は栄養が多いので、樹木を植栽する際には良く使われます！また、土壌改良材としても使われますね。

Why’s the tree covers not removed?
The roots will come out through this bag. Also, unlike plastic, this is hemp cloth, so it will decompose quickly in the soil. On the other hand, if we take the bag away, the soil will be removed, originally attached to the roots, increasing the possibility of water loss.
