Hello can I please ask if the lights come on when you lock and unlock the car or when the ignition comes on if you were to use the beed kit setup?
hi mate I have a Leon mk3 also from the Huddersfield area, I have been looking into doing this but with a better kit but dont fancy the hassle of doing it myself. what sort of price do you charge if i was to buy a kit in advanced ?
Why not splice it straight from the fuse box is doing it from centre console better? Also what kits do you use?

Hi mate, so it roughly takes around 5 to 6 hours for me to do, if it is your first time could be around 8 hours +, best to always take your time when doing something new like this

Drill on seat with bit on, tools on back seat... Get a tool tray and go around the car with that...

Any certain reason why didn't use wirless kit is their no supply for rear doors ??
Yep thats the main reason mate, the rear doors do have a power source but only with the headlights on, the owner wanted it where it turns on with ignition. I would recommend doing it with the headlights personally but its all about getting the look and feel the owner wants.

@@mrgcc Hi! I just installed the Symphony wireless kit, front and rear doors. I used the Window motor as a power source, It works flawlessly and the lights light up only when the ignition is turned on. I used Tapping connectors to make it work. The lights doesn't effect the window motor and no fault codes are shown.

But the original red strip. Is that already a RGB strip ? Because i want to buy a MIB2 radio. So i can change colors. Is that possible ?
Prefacelift, you have to swap the leds and change your BCM module too, then you can do oem rgb 🙌🏾 I dont understand the customer here, its already oem rgb in there, just have to add additional OEM leds to the the fiber optics
