Building the Grape Arbor

Shortly after building the first arbor I started the grape arbor build. I removed the swings and set them on the ground the previous summer. I was worried about the condition of the structure.
We wanted both arbors to have a beefier look to them so used 6x6 posts. In both cases, we also wanted to keep the plants which adds extra complexity to the project. My wife and I are happy with how they turned out and hope you enjoy the video.

I really like that the arbor is offset from the planted location so that the vine has that reaching feel. Thanks for the inspiration!

Great rebuild job working to replace the old structure without disturbing the grapevines. Looks super. Curious… what’s the background music it’s very easy listening.
