No Money Down: Bruce Wayne Predator: 3 Medals: Initiation DLC - Batman Arkham Origins

This is effectively another difficult extreme map. Mostly armored guys plus a jammer.
1st Medal
Start with getting rid of the right sniper. perform the silent takedown for the first medal. You cannot use the knockout smash or you will not get the medal.
2nd Medal
Jump back on the vantage point and drop on the Jammer guy and take him out for the second medal.
The sniper will have you on his sights. disappear with the Kujiki bomb and duck away from his laser sight. Then you can grapple up to his ledge to pull him down.
At this point, everyone will start running towards the position of the jammer guy. Drop back down and disappear again with the Kujiki bomb and takedown the thermal guy. As you perform the takedown, everyone will spot and shoot you and you will take a lot of damage here. Draw everyone to the grates by using evade to reduce damage.
3rd Medal
Use your last Kujiki bomb to disappear and wait for 2 to 3 guys to get near the grates before dropping the smoke pellet. You can safely dispatch the remaining guys with the grates while in the smoke and earn the final medal. If they are not close enough, you can redirect them or throw shurikens at them to get them to run towards you into the smoke. For the ones that dont come, drop caltrops in front of them to trip them over for an easy takedown.
Easier Alternative
For an easier alternative, get rid of the other sniper before jumping the jammer guy. After that, disappear and take out the thermal guy. Only this time, you need to be silent or the other guys will run towards you instead of the grates. You then need to Kujiki bomb again to avoid being spotted as you run torwards the grates. Drop the smoke pellet and dispatch the guys in pretty much the same way. This route should keep you invisible the whole time and avoid any damage.
Thermal Guy Alternative
Sometimes, the thermal guy will run to the other side away from you. You can also move the fight to where he is by dropping on him instead of the jammer guy for the second medal. And the strategy is similar. Disappear with the Kujiki bomb and wait for everyone to come to your last known position. Drop the smoke pellet as they gather near the grates and you can dispatch them also in a similar manner.
