Yeah, in this universe vampires are their own species. Not only they can have children with other vampires and humans, but it appears they aren't fully immortal and while they age, they do it very slowly over the course of millennia.
Precisely, they're not really dead at all to me, they look more like just some ordinary vampires or once a human themselves, Vampires can sometimes be called out as dead people but usually they're a fully mythical creatures (Or maybe sm like that)Drac and he's vampire family maybe, they're far beyond on being already dead cause if even if they're not THAT immortal they last a veryyy long life thats the reason why they age too slow and that means they can last 100 years more and johnny might not be able to reach that long

Ironically, given that Dennis *is* a vampire, it seems that Dracula is right: all that human stuff *is* confusing him.
It's wrong he is supposed to be a Dhampir with abilities not a fully vampire and he not supposed to be a normal human ether.
To me it seems like father vampire whatever his name is just doesn’t want his grandson to lose the vampire culture, especially since it seems like a lot of generalized monster culture is getting lost

In hotel Transylvania one at the end, it shows how the humans and monsters started to get along. Bringing us to Hotel Transylvania two, where the humans aren’t scary of the monsters anymore. No information in the movie is missing, you would just have to go back and look at or rewatch number one to understand how that happened.
His name was Bela so the movie set me up. 😂😂

Good commentary, though I do think you may have missed a few things, yourself, the first movie did establish humans who were showing some love for the monsters, and an earlier part of this one even showed examples of them integrating with human society, such as Bigfoot becoming a goalie.
Also I think it wasn't so much that Johnny wanted more alone time with his wife that Dracula thought was pathetic but more the way he said it to her and kind of continued to let it happen that sounded pathetic to him.
Lol I love that you called Johnny’s mom a Karen because the voice actress plays Karen in Will & Grace and is one of the best characters of the show.

With the vampires, people like to have different adaptations for them. In this instance I think the vampires are more like a species. Vampires we knew are supposed to be dead but in this case they procreate and more so i assume their treated like a species.
I was going to say, "couldn't they have just put his hand in sunlight to see if it hurt him?" But then I remember that the child of a vampire and a human is often a Damhir with all the strengths of a vampire but no weaknesses.

I remember I saw this film in the cinema and I thought it was ok, but there are some really funny parts and some sweet moments, more than I remembered, so I was happy to revisit it through this video! Also your editing is great, really enjoyed this one as always!
At the end of the first movie, Drac and his friends were in public and they outed themselves on purpose so that Drac could get through the towns people to stop Johnny from leaving Mavis, therefore they exposed the hidden world of monsters to the world ( unless it had been known before?).

This is the first franchise for which, I liked the sequels as much as or more than the 1st movie.
I don't know if anyone remembers this, but when I watched this for the first time, that scene where Dennis was watching the kid's monsters show, the pink one said to the elephant thing while it was eating the cake "Slow down, Wuzzle*something*, diabetes is the scariest monster of all" I'm pretty sure they removed it because I watched the movie recently and it wasn't there. xD Mandela effect for me?
