I know a liberalish Christian who is the survivor of childhood sexual abuse. I hate it that this cannot be removed. But I will send her the part about failed applicants to frighten us. That was very powerful, I think it will help. Thanks.
Very interesting! Thanks for doing this video-lots of fun and informative theology. I too believe theology is not boring-its quite mind blowing! I love the teaching of the Lutheran church and gravitate more to learning more. Unfortunately my husband belongs to a Christian & Missionary Alliance Church so I think I should stick with him. Most of this is extremely good. The Angel description is a little light. The devil does have his seed on this earth. We have advisories in both spirit and flesh. Christians should not limit their knowledge to just the Bible. But everything should be judged according to the Bible. The Bible is our anchor.
Where are the nephalim in this. My younger brother is fascinated with them and believes they were on earth before creation.
But each of us was appointed several "good angels " by God in accordance with his will
it always weird to me that roman catholics complaing about all sorts of things luther said exept for the claim that the pope is the anti-christ they never seem to bring it up. You would think that would be the first things roman catholics would take offense at but instead of that they seem to find random mundane things to find fault with luther.

If the devil and his demons are able to do all of these things to us, how can we also say that he has been bound by Jesus? If I am bound, I can't move. I can't do anything.

I have certainly not been through anything nearly as trying as what Job went through. But I have had my trials, especially over the last 5 years. Listen to what Pastor has to say again starting at about the 20 minute mark. I give the devil no credit, power or authority over me with regard to any of the hardships I have suffered. Read Job 1:21, 2:9-10, Lamentations 3:38, Psalm 39:19, Ecclesiastes 7:14. The Lord gives and the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. I never really appreciated these verses until having to go through tribulation. As Pastor affirms at the end of the video, have no fear of the devil for that is idolatry.
Didn't a couple of Angels have dinner with Lot? If they weren't in real bodies why did the citizens of Sodom want them for physical relations?
Are fallen angels demon evil spirits / unclean spirits
Are angles able to inhabit animals? I am not sure where but didn't a donkey speak when a man was beating him.
I am refuring to the good angles.
Some time I hear of animals saving people from earthly harm.

I don’t believe the LCMS Lutheran seminaries teach that it was an angelic incursion. Very disappointing for me personally. They teach the sethite view
Read Genesis 6. The sons of God had intercourse with the daughters of men and they had nephilims. (Giants). When they died, and God wiped them all out. They had no where to go. They were disabled Spirits that had no where to go. But if they find a human in sin, it’s an open door for them to go into.
The Book of Enoch goes into more detail.
I am in deliverance ministry. And I have delivered many demons. They have hissed and growled at me. It’s a real thing, As long as a human is not repenting, these things can come into us. Repentance is very important. I deliver many Christians, it’s time for the church to wake up. You have authority of these things through Jesus Christ!! Go heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons. Give as freely as you have received!
The Angels are a part of the world of the “Unseen” which we cannot comprehend They are created from light. Our prophet told us Jibreel in his true form. He had six hundred wings, each of which covered the horizon. There fell from his wings jewels, pearls and rubies, only Allah knows about them. Read the Quran people and learn about Islam its the truth and the right and only path.
