    Me pehle regular gym jata tha with full energy, aur bohot hard workout karta rehta 4-5 ghante....par ab mujhe gym ke baare me sochte hi dar lagta hai aur aaj jaunga kal jaunga aise hi 2 mahine se karte aa raha hu,par jata nahi hu....iska kuch ilaj hai mam...plz

      Haan iska ilaaz toh jarur hoga par aisa hone ka kya karan hai ye janne ke liye apko ek psychiatrist ya psychologist he madad kar payega. Aap jald he kisi expert se mile, woh apki history sunke, diagnosis denge or uske baad apka treatment shuru hoga
