All Wanderer mains should consider getting their remaining Faruzan constellations on this rerun, as he's probably going on the Chronicled after this one, leaving upcoming Xianyun reruns as the sole place for getting Faruzan constellations. Her being potentially featured on the Chronicled wouldn't help - getting specific four stars on that banner is borderline impossible.
That's in fact what I'm going to be doing in getting more cons for him in the future in being glad about because I don't need any more Faruzan cons due to going in on the Xianyun/Nahida banners (C6 all the featured 4 stars and received C1 and C0 respectively of the featured 5 stars) and rn I'm guaranteed adding Wanderer to my account with 45 pity. Started the game in December.
Received Lost Prayers from standard banner, so Wanderer with C1 Xianyun for overworld team exploration is going to be a fun fast time.
@@FacialFischl I actually completed her first among the 4 stars in the banner from back then, but I also wanted C6 Gaming (a pyro dps that can stand with the 5 stars) who I got last just before my additional Xianyun pull and ended it there (still plan to get bird mom to C2 on her rerun) and Noelle was fine too along the way just because I don't particularly care for Geo characters much so having one character with that type and essentially a discount Itto (though I hear she's better than Itto now thanks in part to Furina lol). So overall, it was the best possible banner for me to go all in on for value.
I ended up getting C1 Wanderer /because/ Faruzan was being stingy with her last two constellations. Absolutely shredded through my wishes though :/
As someone who missed out on 3 years' worth of characters, I am not complaining.

As a Wanderer main, I would argue you need a high amount of investment in your Wanderer to really make him shine. Faruzan C6 is a game changer so this banner is a good opportunity to get her and her constellations.
Exploration is definitely Wanderer's strongest utility. One tip I can offer is recognizing when Wanderer is granted a free dash in his hovering (skill) state. A small light will glow on his back and once he dashes, it will fire off 4 wind arrows. Good for repositioning and dealing additional damage. One more tip is activating your skill once exposed to or near a swirlable element, as it can grant you buffs. Ex: Standing on Bennett's burst will allow Wanderer to absorb Pyro and give him an atk buff. Various buffs can be obtained this way: Hydro grants additional floating points, Electro assists with energy and Cryo gives crit rate.

Pulling for c2 Baizhu, my favorite support character. He's like bundling up with a hot cocoa, so comfy cozy. Furina's best team mate, best healer, and simple to build, easy to play. If you're not great at the game or have hand/eye issues, Baizhu may be the most important character to enhance your experience of the game.
My beidou is c3 idk if i should pull for her cons or not i dont want the 5 stars😔
@@bestisbest6581 Never pull for four stars only if you don't want the 5* at all. Beidou can bought in the shop as well and you can choose her at lantern rite so I would save for the Paimon Shop.
@@bestisbest6581 Generally not easy to pull for cons on 4*s. You're never guaranteed to get the 4*.
If you're at like 0 pity, then it may be okay to throw like 40-50 wishes at the banner to see what happens.
However, I would warn you you can get (un)lucky. The technique I just mentioned is how I got Hu Tao in 4.1. I was "okay" getting her, but what I really wanted was Xingqiu's C6 (he was already C4). I go both within 50 wishes... arguably my luckiest banner ever... except the one where I got Kazuha and Keqing in a single 10-pull... but I digress.
Generally, I never pull for cons unless I'm okay with the 5* too. If I don't want the 5*, then those cons can just wait.
C2 sounds so much fun, the fact that Baizhu can activate his healing even if you don’t switch to him is really tempting

@@John_II I'm pretty sure they didn't roll on Furina's weapon banner because they didn't want to take the chance of getting Baizhu's weapon, not because they wished on Baizhu's banner instead.

this is a pretty good banner for Wanderer, it's rare for you to be able to take all the characters on a banner and actually build a pretty good team, at least if you get Faruzan to c6. I actually use the same exact team, except instead of Beidou i use Yelan or Fischl but i'd imagine Beidou would work very well in multi-target scenarios.

i just got my Baizhu c2 last night! best healer in the game hands down. c1 Baizhu was already super nice cuz of the extra E charge and c2 is super neat for the free heals + dendro application every 5 seconds without having to switch. a single use of my Baizhu's E skill can heal almost half of my dps health bar so being able to use it twice as often pretty much means i havent died from anything except oneshot boss attacks and accidentally falling off cliffs. i have not used a single piece of health restoring food since adding Baizhu to my team. hes that good.
I'm an F2P, and i accidentally pulled for Baizhu and got him with Beidou ( he is my first 5 star btw )
So is he really that good ? And what is the best team for him considering that I don't have any other 5 stars

@@milyo18 im not well versed in meta or what teams are best with specific chsracters. all i can really tell you is what i've learned from experience. my team is main dps Diluc, sub dps Kaeya, healer Baizhu, and support Xingqiu. probably not the best team out there but it works for me and im happy with it. i love Wanderer and wanted to get him but i decided to pull for Baizhu cons instead because thats what is most useful to me atm. if they hadnt paired him with Baizhu i would have pulled for Wanderer.

Just got Layla randomly with an acquaint fate wish, would love to C6 her, but i really don't think i will pull on either of these considering what is sounds like is coming in the next patch. 4 characters i want, gotta save the primos. I burned too much getting Arle C1 and her Weapon.
So I think heizou is plenty fun and for that reason I’m going to spam one of these banners for more faruzan constellations, but I am unfortunately close to pity so which of these two would be better to use… some time in the future. Wanderer looks like super fun to use but I have more than enough dps units. I always welcome another healer as I prefer it to shielding, also for overworld exploration I generally enjoy being topped off at all times, however I already have yaoyao who fills that Dendro healer niche quite well. Any suggestions welcome
Luckily, I already have C6 Faruzan and a Xiao. Skipping to hopefully see Furina again soon.
Since I already have Baizhu and C6 Beidou, this phase will be an easy skip and I can continue to save for Clorinde. I think Baizhu is underrated, especially for the “skill-challenged” among us who want to use Furina. Having team-wide healing on skill button is unique to Baizhu and very comfy.
Just got Arle today at 73 pity, going to save all primos going forward for Furina’s rerun

Question. I am fairly new. I pulled Jean this week. I dont have that many characters and just one kinda good (i messed up a little, i am working on correction lol) so should i try Wanderer or is Jean better for someone new?
Btw i am AR45, i did world up quest at ease but i plan on lowering it for a bit. I am starting Inazuma because i am more into running around than doing story lol. I have just two good 5* artifacts and just 4* weapons. One character on 80lvl, two 70 and rest 50-65. 😂

Well jean is a support. And if you want wanderer you really want faruzan with at least c4.
If dont have DPS i supposed you look for another one other than Wanderer.
I can think of a team for wanderer like Wanderer, jean as healer, faruzan c4-c6 sub dps, and layla (this is very unmeta imo) but it's doable for overworld.
@@bluesamurai127 I have my DPS. I know its stupid but i am dead set on Kaeya. I have C1 already and i love him. I just didnt find anyone who is more fun to play for me. 😁 My main team is kinda melt/freeze. When i just play quests i am ok and i take all bosses i have to but i suffer in abyss. My good team always picks up after second team i somewhat put together. 😂 I have only Lisa as electro (and i hate her), Traveler is my only usable Anemo (Jean is new without artefacts yet and i have Lynette but low level and when i tried her i didnt have fun with her) and zero Dendro. 😂
I know i am just two monts in game but i just wanted know if Wanderer is worth it for someone new with not So many characters.

If that's for abyss then it's kinda hard to choose especially with this phase 2 banner. I suppose you can get Baizhu (like Shark said in his video) he's the other best dendro support for now. Or really, just wait for the next patch.
Just curious, are you playing for meta (Spiral Abyss)?
If so.. then I dont think wanderer is good enough if you dont have so much characters. Especially when he needs faruzan cons the most.
But, you can easily clear abyss with any teams with good artifacts and gaming skills. So dont worry, play it however you like until you find another character you like the most like Kaeya. I think you'll put more effort to make a team works if you have a character you like. So as long as you having fun o(^o^)o
@@bluesamurai127 Not meta per say, i kinda just now doing it. I am at lvl 7. Not all have all stars. I just want to be able to beat it and get rewards. Not all always but at least some. 😂 And i need healer for second team. I have half done Barbara. I used her with Kaeya to wet enemies but sice i got Xingqiu she just stays how she was. I dont need healer for just playing, i have him, Kaeya has 4* Black sword and i never let go of Noel. I suck at evading. She has def% where she can and she is steady as stone. 😂
But i found out u need two teams in Abyss. So i need healer support for my weaker team. I just got Jean, so i guess i will work on her. 😁
Glad this phase will be an easy skip for me. As much as I’d like more Layla cons she isn’t someone I use much. And if the dreams for 4.7 are true than phase 1 is also a skip for me (unless Liyue chronicle wish comes as I want Hu Tao badly) so I get a good amount of time to save for more Furina cons 😊

It's good but it's really not worth pulling for this time around. The weapon banner is so bad and the baizhu weapon is pretty much useless

@@Lennis01 As a Wanderer main its a win, Faruzan and Layla are great for him, and beidou too as a shield and sub dps. I just need to c6 my faru, already got c3 faru, c1 layla, and c4 beidou.

Genuine question, why do you guys want Kaveh ? Just for the character collecting or his looks ? Because his kit is really awful Imo.
@@OshMMf His kit is not awful at all, hes still usable as a dendro driver, or bloom tanker, even at c0 and he also buffs bloom dmg.

I was originally going to pull for Baizhu 100% but for now I'll wait to see who's in 4.7. May still pull for him... but I'd rather have Nilou who is due for a re-run soonish, and I'm kind of broke. (I have lost every single 50/50 in Fontaine, which is why the only Fontaine 5* I have is Furina). So I'm very protective of my pity right now, and while I'm at like 130 pity, I still only have like 40 wishes banked... so I'm still literally not guaranteed to get anyone. I still think Baizhu is really good, but I'm not hurting for healers or shielders at the moment, and I already have Yao Yao and Kirara built, so I may just tinker with them instead.
- Wanderer is a skip for me because I don't love anemo hypercarries, and even though I have the right supports built, my Xiao and Heizou just sit there collecting dust. I'm not saying they're bad, I'm saying I don't personally want Wanderer based on my experience with anemo hypercarries.
- Faruzan - I already have her built and at C4, and frankly don't care for her or anemo hypercarry teams. They "feel" too high investment and the payoff compared to e.g. hyperbloom, or a plunge team with Furina, is low IMO.
- Layla is decent, but I don't care for her. Zhongli is a better shielder, and there are tons of cryo characters and Diona already does the shield thing plus she heals.
- Beidou is already C6 and built for me, so nothing to be gained here. I think Beidou is under-rated in general, and she's really good.
