I appreciate that your advice is to save unless you really like one of these characters in particular. I feel like the Arlecchino hype is so strong in particular that many people aren't being rational.
This game is also about obtaining likable characters, regardless of gameplay
Same, the hype is from the people that have been waiting for her ever since her first appearance. I hope f2p players don't get tempted to pull just because everyone wants her (has happened to me before and the only character that I don't regret pulling for the hype is Nahidađ)

I support that choice. Furina is basically the best character in the game right now, and she's probably going to rerun in 4.7 or 4.8.
DPSs come and go, but the best supports tend to stay relevant for a long time. Nahida, Kazuha, Furina, Raiden Shogun, Zhongli, Bennett, Xingqiu, Xiangling, Fischl, Kuki Shinobu are account-makers. They'll make any DPS good... maybe not Itto... sorry Itto, you need Gorou.

Agree. Arle is cool as heck but ultimately I have three pyro DPS already, where as Furina offers so many buffs.
Unpopular opinion, but I'm going for Lyney! This was helpful to reinforce my decision đ I have great bow skill and wanted to play Amber more, but felt her fall off once I discovered hyperbloom. Lyney was on the first banner when I started playing and didn't understand anything about the game, so I'm excited to wish for him †Shenhe is my priority though so I have to win my 50/50 or wait for the next rerun đ€đ€đ€

Tullay offers 40% more auto-attack dmg / and only 13% more charged damage. so iÂŽll be finally quicker with auto-attacks than charged.
And can play without him Screaming and yelling like a cowboy.

For those who donât know, Wandererâs passive for a stamina free dash increases with every attack that doesnât activate it. In my experience I rarely have to wait more than four hits.

This was really nice! I'm pulling for Arlecchino no matter what since I think shes interesting as a character and that matters more to me, but I do like to try figuring out what to consider when wishing for her for things like team comps. Ultimately, she might be a character I bench, but put in the Teapot or something for lore. Or maybe I'll finally build a good secondary team since i got some decent characters for her by the sound of it lol

Definitely getting Arle, *maybe* trying to snipe the scythe if her weapon banner has really good 4 stars (still donât have a single Fav Sword).
After watching your last video I decided just go for Neuvilette for a no-brain gameplay (also easy to build), rather than getting Arlec just to replace my current Hu Tao since both have similar selfish on-field time. I was also very tempted for Lyney but then remember my melt Ganyu can fit the same role of Sniper DPS.
And because I already have Wanderer (not interested in getting constellation), guess I'll wait until Nahida rerun to complete my all Archons account.
One more reason I chose Neuvilette is because he can use the Prototype Amber which I can craft like 20 right now

I have been hyped for Arlecchino for months now, but I haven't been as excited since watching the 4.6 livestream. If I do get her, it will be because I like her character backstory. But honestly, I'm tempted to just start saving for the pyro archon at this point đ€·ââïž

I've only been playing since November but this will be the first patch that I won't be pulling for anyone. I lost my last 50/50 (rip Kazuha) so whoever I pull for next is guaranteed and none of these 4 seem all that interesting to me to waste my 50/50 on.
Iâm saving for Natlan. I will dip a few wishes into the baizhu banner for the fact that he can fit into my Neuvillette Furina teams and my Nilou bloom teams.

Hi! On Furina's first banner I was pulling for her weapon and also accidentally got Baizhu's weapon (twice). I have been debating whether I should pull for him now that he's rerunning because I heard he is very good in Furina teams. I am not planning on pulling for anyone in 4.6 except him maybe. I just got Yaoyao too but have not built her. Do you suggest I build Yaoyao and not pull for Baizhu? Which one would be better with Furina? Also wondering if he would work in this teamcomp: Nahida, Furina, Raiden, Baizhu.

Probably skipping Arle, I'm not good with hyper, long onfield DPS. A bit tempted for Liney as I got his bow, but it currently being used by Tighnari as my main and I don't have comparable alternative. No Wanderer as I don't have C6 Faruzan. Probably gonna try Baizhu as my Yaoyao's replacement.

Once again THX for the overview; these save me a ton of primos and heartache. I was thinking of going for Baizhu, but you confirmed for me that YaoYao is just better.
With the free weapon (the caduceus) from the potion event my YaoYao does more dmg and full heals my Nahida and Hyper-carry Nuev/Furina teams! She really is a rock star!

c1 is great allowing you to start at 37.5% damage bonus up to 100% but c2 allows furina to be used with any dps and any healer because of the low buff requirment. (c6 furina is damage dealer buffer sub dps and healer)

@@C_J_ Btw c2 furina if you want ot use everywehre makes it a bit squishy because it's hard to heal the teams without a team healer even if you get maximum damage.
Chino is the new Tao. Plus I already have Furina and Wrio. My XQ will be C6 soon so seems like a good team to capitalize on her kit, namely the blood debt directives. XQ providing some interruption resistance to Chino and heals to Furina and Wrio. All on top of the melt/reverse melt elemental synergy.

I initially planned on pulling for Furina C6 until it was revealed she won't be in version 4.6. Arlechinno looks amazing but I can always get her on her rerun. I would much rather save for Furina C6.

I lost the 5050 on neuv banner, I'm now at 50 pity don't know if I can get neuvillete before the banner runs out. I don't have a reliable shielder to go with arle, though I was hyped about her, now I'm uninterested.
In the trailer, there was no scene whatsoever where Lyney actually attacked or was properly in battle with arlecchino. Like, Freminet blocked Arlecchino's scythe, aswell as with lynette attack arlecchino. We saw lyney on the battle field, but not do anything. We heard his voice though behind. Just something I noticed which probably doesn't mean anything but yeah :)

How would Raiden work with Arlechino?
My account unironically was/is lacking main dps units. Most of the 5 stars I wanted until the Hu Tao/Neuvillette Banner were all supports, I did manage to get both and their weapons during that banner. I also got Lyney (on accident) but I donât really care for his playstyle
I may need some help because I'm a new player I only started in Feb but I want to pull for father and I have beidou , xingqiu and yanfei and they're the best built up ones I have atm could I use that team with arlecchino or not? Any help would be appreciated ty
Xinqui works really well with arlecchino because of his great hydro application allowing her to vape(vaporize) easily and he gives damage reduction which is useful for arlecchino who cannot be healed apart from her burst so she'll have more survivability.
Yanfei could work as a shielder for her if you have her c4 but you'd need a lot of energy recharge although if you have bennet in the team, which is what would be optimal, it does decrease a bit.
Beidou does also make a shield and does a lot of damage in aoe however outside of overload teams with chevruese I wouldn't recommend her, although I would think her overload teams would do good damage but that's yet to be tested when she comes out.
some teams I'd recommend with those characters would be something like:
Arle/bennet/xinqui/yanfei (although not optimal it works since you're new and don't have many characters yet)
Arle/beidou/fischl(if you have her)/chevreuse
I hope that helps
If you really really want Arle just get her and build her and Xingqiu for now, don't worry too much about what's most optimal that much because you'll get a lot more characters as you go, but save your starglitter so you can buy Bennett from the shop next month and you'll be set for a while.
Now is there any option that you could match raiden with overload Arlecchino team? Cause I could use my raiden and chevreuse by that way? or do you think I would have chance to get baizhu with 12 wishes and 60 pity, and after that have a chance to get furina? cause either I choose option 1 and go for alrecchino or I may be lucky enough to get baizhu and furina for my cyno team, and throw yelan to my scara team.
I mean is there any chance that as a f2p player I could get like 140 wishes in 2 patches so I could get both furina and baizhu, because as said, either I give everything to luck or I go with Arlecchino for my 2nd team in abyss
You might get enough for 140 wishes, but that's really trying your luck to get two characters. We F2P get about 75 wishes per patch if you can max Abyss and do all exploration and quests (e.g. we got ~88 in 4.0, but then ~56 in 4.5). But the expectation is around 160 wishes per character since you shouldn't count on winning the 50/50.
And don't forget that we still have Clorinde and Sigewine (sp?) in 4.X and then the Pyro Archon will drop probably in 5.2 or 5.3 (plus whatever new characters come in 5.X).
It sounds like you've got a number of hyper-carry DPS characters already so unless you really just want Arlecchino she may be worth skipping. Furina is a great addition as a buffer but really needs good team-wide healing, and while Baizhu is a fantastic healer he's easily replaceable.
I'll be going for Lyney to get one more sniper dps along with my C1 Ganyu and C3 Tighnari! Who knows? There could be a flying cryo dragon ya have to shoot weakspots on at Shneznaya(I spelled it wrong. I know.), and with Lyney, I can beat it even while it's in the air with melt shots! It's why I pulled for Ganyu, too!
I... Would actually say that Lyney's f2p friendliness is really good... one of his best -> his best teams all basically have Bennett and Xiangling, characters everyone can get at some point. The last slot in a mono pyro is quite versatile in terms of wanting it to be a shielder.

I did not agree with the statement that Arle has bad team flexibility. She has a LOT of options and a lot of adequate supports. I think we are underestimating how fast even new accounts can get some of the top supports via banners with free primos, Abyss, starglitter (Benny, Fishl, Xinqiu), etc.
@@TechTalk0069 Thanks but I just pulled and lost to mona and 30+ pity with no primos or any way to wish. I really like to get kazuha and The Hydro Sovereign but I'll just let their banners end and just focus on grinding for Father and go for either her signature weapon or go for Baizhu.
@@Omar-et7sb I agree with you, thats why I said I'm thinking of pairing her with my Ayato since Father is a normal-hitter and Ayato buffs normal attacks with his burst. I am just brainstorming if I should use benny with her since benny's burst might erase Father's BoL.
@@testarosa2333Well if you have an Ayato and are planning to get Baizhu, Ayato + Baizhu + (Kuki or Raiden) hyperbloom is an easy Abyss floor 12 clearing team if the enemies are not immune to dendro damage. Substitute Lisa (with 220 energy recharge) + Lynette (built with about 700 elemental mastery) if you donât have Kuki or Raiden.
Makes for a pretty brain-dead Abyss clear: Skill + burst on everyone, hold down the button for Ayatoâs slashing, and any Abyss floor 12 mobs wave dies to hyperbloom in less than a minute. You donât care about getting attacked since enemies canât stop Baizhuâs shield + Ayatoâs resistance to interruption.

Is Arlecchino worth it if I already have c1 HuTao with Staff of Homa...? I think it's difficult to tell, as it is different in many ways. I believe it's easy to skip Arlecchino because of the requirements she has. It's not more than just pretty pixels if you can't build the entire team around her...
Have Wanderer & Baizhu, detest charged bow combat so Lyney can gfh & Arlecchino is meh so still building a stack for Clorinde. Roll on 4.7
Lyney with Bennett, Zhongli and Chiori is very underrated. If you're one of the few people that got Chiori, try it out.

Cyno/Nahida/Xingqiu/Baizhu is great and if you have (or decide to get) Furina you can replace Xingqiu with her, making the team even more powerful

Is First Great Magic worth pulling on this banner if Iâm completely uninterested in Arlecchino?
That aside, it depends if you have a character who can use it (remember most of its passive is charged attack damage) and if you can do something with Arlecchinoâs rather niche spear if you âaccidentallyâ get it.
The accounts I can think of for pulling on this weapon banner, assuming the 4 stars weapons are not all amazing, are accounts trying to squeeze more damage from a charge attack bow character (Lyney of course, Tighnari, maybe Ganyu, off-meta Collei spread as examples). Otherwise youâre better off saving for more universal damage increases like weapon banners that have two good weapons or Furina/Yelan/Nahida/Raiden/Natlan archon or main DPS C2.
After watching damage and playstyle of Arlechhino now i am goin to grab it instead of furina đđđđ.

Going for Lyney on my main and Baizhu on second account.
The difference between Baizhu and Yaoyao is in the healing range i.e. Yaoyao provides single target burst healing, while Baizhu heals the whole party in a more sustained way. If you're considering pulling Baizhu as a Dendro healer, you won't be disappointed even if you already have Yaoyao. I know I wasn't. He's my default healer in my Bloom team.

I don't have any 5 star dps and support on my new account so can you tell me whom should I pull in this version and also I have gathered some primogems and I need a dps to farm more primos that's why I need dps in this version. I think arlecchino and lyney both are good dps

Most of my overworld primos were from traveler, Xiangling, Kaeya, and a sustain because you donât need a limited 5 star characterâs damage ceiling to do any primogem rewards. (That includes exploration time trials) Later on I switched my overworld primogem team to Yelan, Sayu, Yanfei since the mobility was more useful than damage.
See if you need to level up your talents, levels, and get the proper main stats for artifacts if you think you canât clear overworld or weekly bosses.

Personally going for Baizhu. I'm in need of a strong healer/shielder for the Abyss, and I really like dendro teams. Lately the Abyss has favored having a healer around - rift hounds, and those Fatui really sap your life. Add Furina to the team, it's really easy to get downed. Moreover, some of the bosses like Ice Wind Suite or that shielded Meka, tend to hit you hard from off-screen or from weird angles that you don't see coming. I know you can still dodge those, but I mostly play on mobile and it's not that easy to mind your surroundings. So Baizhu it is.
If you don't have Furina, I would skip this patch altogether. I already have her, so I'm fine pulling.
Lyney, Arlecchino and Wanderer are super strong - I'm just not hurting for a DPS right now.
Update: Saw the banners for 4.6.2... and I'm going to wait. Baizhu is still on the "want" list, but I'm hearing rumours that Nilou is coming up soon, and looking at the actual banner:
- Beidou is good but I already have her C6
- Layla is fine... decent shield and cryo application, but I don't run her in any teams.
- Faruzan - I have her C4 and I want her C6, but I'm not going to blow my pity just for her.
So, I'm going to wait.
