Back in the early 80s, I worked for an IH dealership. One of our farmers bought a three point hitch mounted dual blower. It used two impellers mounted side by side with two discharge chutes. He mounted it on his hydro tractor. The county was paying him $100 an hour from the time he left home until he got back home, to clear blocked county roads. Other farmers tried similar blowers, but destroyed clutches from the constant slipping. The JD tractors used bushings instead of bearings in their reverse gear, and ruined their trannys. The hydrostatic allowed continuous adjusting of ground speed without any wear on the tractor.
the advantage is you blow snow in single pass need less power , the disavantage is if you try to blow snow in a city for charging dump truck by exemple you trow lot snow block tru the house window,s around you...! specialy in wet freezing snow.
I have a Wildcat which has two 4ft diameter fans. It would blow chunks out the side and top too. I added about a foot to the side and top, so that the fan sets inside the shield more. This prevents the chunks from coming out and keeps the snow dust contained .@@snowman5831
They are well build made in quebec.they start see more in western canada small town due low budget but do job.the company blanchet being in business long time.they lots ne usa and maritime.😊

I have lot of snow blower in my collection , but my better,s Blanchet Snowblower are the one where on the hydro model.
I love playing with my snow blower. I would be ecstatic doing this looking for the biggest piles I could find
