Big thanks to Azzapp for bringing back my joy in playing Vel support! A short I saw earlier today, where he got a double kill with one Vel'Koz Q, reminded me that I once got 3 kills with a single Q! It wasn't great gameplay or anything, I suck and it was a silver game from like 6 years ago ... but it was a beautiful moment. So here's my idea for "no ff": give players the option of selecting an icon that represents "I never FF" and that icon also disables their ability to vote "yes" on any FF for that game. If two or more players in the game have the icon, everyone on the team gets a notification that the team will not FF that game no matter what.
Could work unless a player is blatantly trolling and keeps you hostage.

lich bane is simply the most OP item in the game, if you don't build it when going full AP you're wrong.

hes trying to maximize speed, buying everything ap that gives him %ms and runes
movement speed stacking so he can roam faster. it's a pretty good thing because he can force midlaner to spend his summoner spells more frequently, velkoz main damage source is true damage from his passive. Lich bane is bad, but it's content...

@@cattooma yeah, cosmic should be better than lich bane. Velkoz can keep his passive longer using aa but I dont think that's enough to go for lich bane.
