The only disdain I have for Baus isn't even towards him it's towards the people at low elo who try to mimic his playstyle but without any idea how to actually make it work. Ain't his fault, but man low elo players don't know how to play with it and the Baus-fans themselves don't havr the macro to really make it work either.

hey @Azzapp LoL what do you think about the deadmans plate tech for poke mages in general or velkoz? if you sell boots in late but still need to keep up with ms, you get a little more ms, some defenses and potential on hit dmg for last hits on champions.
I love this mentality for a league player and amazing showcase of a sup carrying. So good to see this attitude and wish I had people like this to play with nomatter skill level.

Just won a match where we were 20 45 .... The enemy were literally infront of our nexux and 3 of us dead ... But my zed who was a biiit fed said we can win this and i was like you know what .. i choose to believe you and azzap , fast forward i got a triple with my aphelios and we finished instantly , this wasn't the first time something like this haopened .. I'm starting to believe 90% of games are winnable

I appreciate the purity of the "all movespeed" build. I do! But I can't help thinking sorc shoes would be better than swifties. (Maybe not into Ashe, but into almost any other matchup.) You keep coming up just short on damage to kill someone.

i think since the boots give flat ms u need them real bad since everything else in the build relies on ms stat being high before increasing its %
The better positioning/speed/slow resistance allow vel to proc the passive more... Leading to more damage.@@luukas2660
@@cactu This is the answer, all the other items give % so he needs the highest base number to maximize the effectiveness of the rest of the build. It's not about damage or kills, it's about sending a message lol.

would a similar movement speed build work for the same reasons for other artillery mages likes Xerath and Hwei, or is there something Vel'Koz does specifically that makes it work better on him?
Vel passive is quite useful with low dmg builds.

Every champ works with absurd MS, especially ranged champs. The idea is that even if you cant pump out as much damage as with normal builds you yourself are not taking damage ever unless you choose to do so to make a play. Point is you dont need to deal oneshot damage if in return you never get hit. In other words MS builds are absurdly good on any ranged champ with bigger than average range, but keep in mind that unless your champ deals True Damage you should not play that build into double/tripple tank comps (things like a Ornn + Alistar / Sion + Sejuani etc)
If you're playing support i think yes, on midlane though probably sucks

Nah Spearshot is the main character, he plays full send like Baus but the sends somehow work out for him way more than they should. Plot armor

Why do you care so much about Dark Harvest stacks? Each stack gives you only 5 extra damage. Also considering enemy's mr, that would go down to ~3 damage per stack. When your damage will only increase 3 per stack, it seems weird to me how much you get excited when getting DH stacks or talk about how you didn't get any stacks in that fight. Am I missing something? Because I think you are overrating DH stacks' worth, Azzapp.
