QB Gun 1 Step Dropback Footwork: Teaching the Toe-to-Heel and Heel-to-Heel Footwork for Quck Release

When throwing quick routes from the Gun, which are bubble screen, tunnel screen, quick screen, or slant, out, hitch, seam, a QB needs to have good 1 step dropback footwork. The footwork is different for the QB throwing to his dominant or non-dominant side. Additionally, the 1 step footwork needs to accommodate for a receiver who may have run the wrong route, or a defender who jumps those short routes.
