- Welcome back to a Manufacturer Showdown! Today we have the very top of Hypercar competition, with Bugatti & Koenigsegg, facing each-other in a drag race tournament! We race every Bugatti against every Koenigsegg in Forza Horizon 5 to see how well they do against one another. Thank you all so much for watching!

Bugatti’s were always made as cars to break the limits of speed while maintaining a luxurious driving experience. Koninsegg makes cars that are pure power, meant to compete and break records. Bugatti’s are also very heavy cars. Props to both of these incredible manufacturers though.

This is a game though. Bugatti has been holding the record of highest speed reached for nearly 5 years now and Koenigsegg still hasn't done sh¡t with their cars besides make top speed claims. The guys at forza clearly have a bias towards Koenigsegg cause in real life the Chiron SS smokes all of their cars and after all these years the Jesko has never been seen breaking the 300mph barrier let alone beating Bugatti's top speed record of 304 mph lol. Koenigsegg has only managed a top speed of 284 mph with the Agera RS. Bugatti's Chiron was so powerful that it required to be electronically limited to around 261mph. They even needed state of the art tyres from Michelin for the SS 300+ in order to be able to display all of it's raw power to be pushed to 490kph and it would've reached 500kph had the track been longer..

Christian did made more good advertising with his cars than any other founders selling them, like dude introduced his Jesko attack version which has cup holders, yes. CUP HOLDERS ON A 1600 HP HYPERCAR (if you use e85, 1280 if not) and it did sold out pretty quickly. For Christian himself it's a good practical car.
and let's not forget about the 1700 hp family hypercar for 1.5 million

Koenigseggs have always been and are better than Bugattis in terms of performance, but for example the Bugatti Chiron is the more desirable choice (if we are talking about the Bugatti Chiron and the Koenigsegg Agera RS) as it has more luxuries and is more comfortable to drive compared to the Koenigsegg Agera RS. Though, when the Jesko Absolut and the Jesko Attack get released, the Bugatti Chiron SS 300+, Bugatto Chiron Pur Sport and the Bugatti Divo will be replaced as now the second/third best Track Hypercars and Top Speed Hypercars.

Bugatti's only advantage is being AWD, if it has RWD instead Koenigsegg is no more, also Koenigsegg has their own touring cars, Regera and Gemera which are more luxurious than Chiron.

They don't just complete bro, they are currently number 1 in terms of speed and performance and have been for nearly 5 years since they smashed Koenigsegg's top speed record when they hit 304mph with the Chiron SS 300+. How do you take something down when it hasn't been put up? Bugatti sets the record and Koenigsegg beats it. Also Koenigsegg was a new born company when bugatti broke the 250mph record. And Koenigsegg was going to take 300mph but COVID stopped them from testing the company is small so it doesn't have the budget to rent out a highway like bugatti does.
Hats of to Koenigsegg they are still new to automobiles but it doesn't look like it, Bugatti was founded in 1900 so Koenigsegg is just insane Bugatti broke 460+ kmph just for the jesko to be proven to do 516+
As soon as you change the units to SI, you realize Koenigseggs were the first to break 450 kmph barrier, and then 500 kmph (theoretically at least, actual run hasn't happened yet due to non-availability of a suitable track, but given the track record they have and engineering of the car, we are sure the car is capable of doing it). As for 400 barrier, Koenigsegg was still learning back then.

The main problem with Koenigsegg cars is they take more time to pick up the real speed. If the race track was a bit longer, Koenigsegg would Winn each race.

I don't think it was a fair competition after all the jesko is a rival of the bugatti chiron Super sport (not a car in the game), this is just a normal chiron.

Fun Fact: Koenigsegg’s fastest car is the Agera RS 284 (mph). Bugatti’s fastest car is the Chiron SS 300+ 304.77 (mph).When you do some quick maths you will know that Koenigsegg is 20.77 (mph) slower than the Chiron SS 300+ which is a big difference when they race for straight line drag race. By the way Koenigsegg’s founder has been quiet after Bugatti announced the Bolide. He knew that Bolide is going to be faster than this new Jesko Absolut

Wait, as you can see the Bugatti Chiron ''Super Sport 300+'' was just a normal Bugatti Chiron with a livery, the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ has an longer rear and has holes on the front where the wheels are, 2 exhausts on each side of the rear. The last race was fake.
