"Black Swan" is the first single from BTS's album Map of the Soul:. Inspired by Martha Graham's quote, "A dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and that first death is the more painful".
Compared to the gentle instrumental reminiscent of the group's 2018 single 'Fake Love', the R&B track recalls the pain of moving away from passion, in this case dancing. There never seems to be a real climax throughout the song, and the vocals are always distant.
In terms of the song's title, a black swan is an event that happens unexpectedly, has an extreme impact and is something of a human nature. This song also seems to refer to the 2010 film Black Swan, about a ballerina who struggles with her own mental health as she plays the lead in a production of Swan Lake

J-Hope and Jimin are both the Main Dancers of BTS. Main is higher than lead.
J-Hope- Dancing since 10 and was in a dance crew called Neron. Won national awards for dance. He is the dance leader.
Jimin- Studied contemporary dance and hip hop in high school. Also did 8 years of martial arts.
Jungkook and V round out the dance line.

RM is the leader and main rapper, and he's not the oldest, Jin is. The dance leader is J-hope and Jimim has the contemporary dance background.
None is better than other, they're equally talented, but with different skills. They're also has their solo projects as well.
Maybe you could take a look to different songs such as the ones from the Rap Line like Ddaeng and Ugh (there's a really good video from DKDK TV yt channel) or more hip hop group songs like Hip Hop Phile, Mic Drop, Born Singer and Cypher 1-4. I think it can bring you another perspective of them.

The official position is Main dancer, not the dance leader.
And BTS has 2 main dancers: Jimin and J-Hope
@@10PppowerOfKindnessJhope is referred to as the dance leader it’s even in the Taylor guide video. He learns the choreography first to help teach the rest. Even the other members have called Jhope their dance leader
JHope who did Chicken Noodle Soup is the dance leader. Jimin studied dance at the school of arts.
As you can see here, BTS dresses casually (but expensive!) and they don't need to wear makeup away from the cameras.
Their track AIRPLANE PT2 has a latin vibe. There is a video but the dance practice is amazing. Double feature??💜

One of the many favorite MV's of BTS, way too many to pick a favorite. BTS rap line are my bias. The rap line (RM, SUGA & J Hope), participated in writing most of BTS' songs, their talent I think really is overlooked, the balance of all of them, the songs are written by BTS, the distribution of these lyrics by BTS, talent!!! BTS is so young, yet they worked hard together, help each other improve on their craft together. Not one of them had an individual agenda to be the "ONE" the "STAR" of BTS and that does not exist in the western music industry, the groups treat it like a stepping stone to their "solo" career, most of them do. You probably already know if you watched the guide, each of them have their own records/accomplishments and continue to build on their individual, yet each of them support each other in their individual projects. SUGA, first male act, first Asian and first Korean act in HISTORY to have 3 albums reaching 90 #1's on Itunes world wide. J Hope's, Jack In the Box re-entered the BBMA charts as RM's Indigo re-entered. Their music really is art, they work so hard to put out quality music. The concepts, the lyrics, the MV's, just amazing. I think I might have mentioned that their rap songs, their lyrics are awesome, at times have double meanings, just their writing is awesome! In general I enjoy your reactions but please excuse what I'm going to say, respectfully of course.
If someone is secure in their sexuality then they should be able to admire a beautiful man/woman. You will not be judged bc of it. Never tell yourself that "beauty" isn't beauty bc the person is the same gender as yourself. All you're doing is lying to yourself bc most people recognize beauty & say so whenever they see it. It could be a flower, car, woman, man or painting etc.. There's nothing wrong with saying that the Creator made some especially beautiful, which is true. Once you can admit that another bro or sis is beautiful then you've taken a lg step toward being a non-judgemental person. Everyone has some beauty whether it's a smile, soul, heart or laughter etc within them.

@@VanCityGal Yes, V position is a sub-vocalist. Dance line or 3J can't be called official position. The position of kpop is when idols debut or only the official position of the company is official.
@@VanCityGal For example, Jin, Jimin, and V did a rap part in a BTS song and they were so good that the staff and members said, "You should be a rapper line!" But that doesn't mean they become lead rappers or sub-rappers.

Hahhahah this is hilarious. I feel you I know why some armys r extremely upset when they talk about make up because of Korean media and K-pop OutKast them, because they are not glamorous, like idols and hip-hop cast them away because they are not manly enough they talk to them about make up like they are just have a bunch of it in their fucking purse not like something they do only when they are on stage or on TV when even presidents have to put some kind of coverage so it’s really not about the make up itself is more like a trigger for a very horrible time in BTS career when Everybody were evil to them.

I'll say this having been an army for a while, jk (the one in red and black) is being pushed to the center a lot so he has a lot of fans. Especially now with his recent release, they're pushing him to be the timberlake of the group, which is sad. The thing about BTS on a whole though is that they each have their talents and their target audience.. and blend in well too. Though some of the members may have more fans than the others, I can see each one of them shining in their own right.
Be careful with being a Jimin biased fan though as him and his biased fans get bullied into silence a lot. But I do love me some Jimin so i get you. Check out his solo releases when you get the chance.
media is trying to pit the members against each other with their baity articles and headlines lol they tried that with Jimin and they r doing it now with Jungkook and it's the same "journalists" who do that every time but it's not working so idk why u r saying that he is pushed more when all of them have had different methods of doing their singles/album rollouts and all of them did what they wanted to do. the day some ppl accept that every member will do their solos differently is the day we all know peace. And all of them r highly successful, they r the most successful soloists of their home country on a global scale.
Also not u giving a pass to solos who act vile towards the rest of the members and even the member they supposedly stan because that's who u meant when u said Jimin biased fans. Having a bias is vastly different than being a solo anti......those ppl have never been real fans and never will be, and none of the tannies have ever acknowledged them🤷♀️ and I know that keeps them up at night
Thank you for saying it! I'm a Jimin biased ARMY and whenever I try to say something in defense of Jimin, I'm called a solo. I'm not a solo. I love all of BTS and while I love Jimin and my other bias Yoongi a lot, and really enjoyed their solo endeavors, I still prefer BTS together. So to be called a solo stan is a huge insult to me.
@@shanamoens822 Yes it's usually the jimin biased ones that gets called solos. They might start calling Jody Jo one too like they do the other jimin biased ytubers. It's become a norm.
They did this one for fans and purposely made the choreo easy so fans could do it, Halsey was there representing Army.
You not a real army if you don’t appreciate or support all 7. You can have a favorite but you gotta support all 7.
JHope is the lead dancer. Jimin and Jungkook are the main dancers. V became one of the main dancers later on. RM was offered (jokingly) to go solo when the group was having a hard time but he chose to stay with BTS. That's why he deserves all the respect. He didn't abandon the group when times where tough for them. The who group really are a brotherhood. Nothing can break them apart.
