    I make sprial taper bore but it's not come as per dimension.
    Small step come in hole at one side

      If you are using an end mill with corner radius, it need to be compensated with chamfer size and startZ.
      Regarding spiral taper bore, I need to know how you have programmed to comment on the step

    Very good tutorial sir...it is very helpful for me....but one thing I want to know properly ____ the use of " ROUND " ..... when and how to use.....

    • @CNCLearning
      @CNCLearning  Před 2 lety +1

      ROUND command is used to insert a radius in the intersection point. If your drawing gives intersection, you can use it.
      Please note that it is used along with G01

    Great tutorial, very helpful. What if I want to do a chamfer on the square? For example around the square or just on one side only?

    • @CNCLearning
      @CNCLearning  Před 2 lety

      For doing on one side you can use the same program with slight modifications.
      For other standard shapes, I will try to make another video

    How do you know sir the dept of cut
    Is 0.15 I think there will be a formula
    Please mention the formula sir

    • @CNCLearning
      @CNCLearning  Před 2 lety +1

      .15 used in this example is by experience. But based on surface finish requirement, you need to adjust the depth of cut. If you plot this on CAD, you can find the cusp height for a specific depth of cut
