Every TAS video, I keep seeing comments about how the person is cheating or hacking. It's amazing how many people are watching these videos not knowing what a TAS is or at least asking what one is.

Is it possible to get a PERFECT on Eevee? I know you could just plug in controllers and get all the fruit but I just wonder if it actually counts that as a perfect or not, like it does in the Chansey game.

A speedrun that is not unnecessarily meant to display the skill of a player but to show the absolute fastest possible run by manually inputting all the button presses frame by frame and running it all back in real time. They are meant to be entertaining, so I hate when people keep saying "LOL CHEATER."

Well most n64 games (I'm guessing stadium 2 is no exception) run at 20 frames per second. This means that every frame is a 0.05 second interval, meaning that a measurement of anything less than this is essentially just an arbitrary value. The game does have a way to 'determine' this, but without understanding how or why, the best thing a TASer can do is be frame perfect.

How does first player know before the pokemon show up? The cleffa game
A computer calculated it for them. It knew exactly how many were SUPPOSED to show up, so it counted those immediately.
@@prismacan7752 I don't think so. The player probably just counted them beforehand and then loaded a savestate to skip back to beginning to enter the number. Setting up a bot to analyze the game's code is too much of a task for just a minigame, in my opinion.
