i love the honesty. hes looking for talent that brings views. record/skill (eg. if its lacking personal character expression) dont always bring views. case example: demitrious johnson.
I wish the job application process was still this way in the rest of the world. Maybe then some of us could find meaningful employment outside an algorithm deferral.

Y’all talking about the pay, there’s bonuses for good shows. You need to have a fan base call out the right people, and have skills. That’s how you get paid. Say what you want nut I started UFC on vhs tapes in the Gracie days and it would never be what it is withput Dana's passion for his product. All sports do this and have a look at professional sports that it is expected for players to prove their stuff with their hands, speed, throwing ability. It is just as ruthless.
