In this video, Koifish will show how ANYONE can conquer all of France in LESS than 20 years! In this CK3 Challenge and guide, I use some of the best strategies, tips and tricks and exploits to speedrun by playing as the Intrigue master in Crusader Kings 3! All with the power of intrigue, plotting and hooks! It's nothing but skulduggery, sneaking in the shadows and scheming for power!

Loved that you kept inheriting land when people died. Was that some kind of weird de jure thing? Or did you have claimants? Either way, hilarious! Would be an interesting way to do a Carolingian consolidation...

i remember i was playing England and for some reason when the HRE's emperor died (who i banged his wife and made it so his only heir was my descendant), i was his heir and won.
I also kept a title i didn't own in Angria
He was offering to become the lord of all the small lords who no longer had overlords after he killed them all.
Mix of vassalization offers and inheritance. Probably multiple firing off at the same time too. Weird things happen when you kill so many people. Even at the start of a game, killing off a ruler with no eligible heirs transfers titles to the liege. Also happens if such a ruler dies of natural causes ofc.
I am more surprised the abduct went off with a 6% chance. This was an exploit at launch and the first major patch added a debuff when trying to kidnap an enemy war leader. There are ways to offset the debuff (mostly with agents) but at that point, the video would get too technical.
If they dont have heirs, the liege inherits it.
That border gore at the end was a thing of beauty. All caused by a series of unfortunate accidents, of course! Europe can be a dangerous place indeed.

Also known as The Elf Focus.
Thinking about he spent a few years trying to figure out a way to kill his king or the king's spymaster to become the new spymaster when he could have gotten it instantly by trading increased feudal obligation for a guaranteed council position, and how that does sound like something a 38 Intrigue character would do.
Also you can easily generate infinite income as an intrigue character. For court chaplains tend to have a lot of money, like in the thousands. With kidnapping you can take that money.
Easiest is taking your own chaplains. Kidnap him, banish him. For foreign ones, I usually kidnap them, release on condition of recruiting them, then eat the tyranny and imprison and banish them again. I'd trade 5 tyranny for three thousand ducats anytime.
