This would have been better in a Battlefield game. What I would have done is, have a team Godzilla vs team Kong while both monsters are going at it on the mainland with fully/semi destructable environments. Each team's objective is to ultimately take down the opposing monster's health(Tanks, planes, etc) all while being at their mercy and trying not to get crushed or atomic breathed in the process. Once that monster's health hits zero, you get a sweet fatality scene from the winning team's monster. That's what I would have done at least.
And here comes the average person with ideas that are a dozen times superior than what we got
bruh isn't that just Battlefield 1? Each side literally have their own 'monsters', their ultimate weapon. Even down to the "sweet fatality scene"

2. They are not the main objective

Mode is fun around 4th circle. You have to play the game right. Use the scream devices as killstreaks.
It has parts, now they walk tomorrow they fight.

I'd love a game like this where one goes through an objective after objective till finally either getting Intel of rescuing survivors while trying to survive the Kaiju. With the feeling of being a soldier trying to survive. Kinda like Godzilla 2015 San Fransisco soldier drop.
I like your idea more. I feel like they should’ve put a lot more work into making the game mode more fun and addicting. Like there’s so many things they could’ve come up with to make it better.
I'll be honest, this is a lot more boring than I'd imagined it was going to be. The concept is so lazily underutilized.

Japan has a problem with games making their massive-sized characters(mecha or kaiju types) at a 1:1 scale. Same reason why past Gundam or Zoids games always shrink them down by at least 30%. It's stupid and annoying as Hell.

Yes but with out the battle royal. Make it a mix of this concept with Godzilla strike zone, King Kong 2005 game and city shrouded in shadow. Play as a solider than play as Godzilla or Kong during certain levels.

I kinda wish they brought in the more classic versions of both these monsters. Like putting in Heisei Godzilla and King Kong 2005 in is would be better in my personal opinion.
Not gonna lie the idea of a game where you and a bunch of other people are fighting an impossibly large monster is an exciting idea.

It looks like they took the 2014 model of Godzilla from Godzilla PS4 the game and buffed him up a bit. Kong's model is more detailed. But! They got Godzilla's sfx perfect. Chef's kiss

I jumped in earlier and right after Kong literally jumped over me in the EXACT spot I was jumping and scared the hell outta me. I recommend getting in the planes and flying them around the whole time and using them during titan frenzy
