Is it fine to only test the capacitance
Can this test be performed using digital multimeter?
Yes
My capacitor was 0.75uf +-3%, but the test reads 0.91uf. Does this capacitor need to be replaced?
Most likely not
Where do I find the capacitor and how do I remove?
The capacitor is usually above and behind the control panel of most over-the-range microwaves. You will need to take off the screws holding the main body housing to see the components. As they mention, be careful there are delicate components and high voltage potential.
