As a korean who has eaten more whole fried chickens than i should admit, those definitely should've been cooked longer

Wow, he used New Orleans seasoning in the marinade. I can't lie, the chicken looks really good! They'll lose their minds if they had some Tabasco or Hot Sauce as a condiment, 😆 😆
These guys give Tobasco to babies. Everything this man cooks is full of different chilies, dried, paste, pickled, coarse ground and finely ground. Everything is flaming hot like Sichuan style.
These guys would drink Tabasco to cool their mouths after some of the meals Uncle cooks. And drink it by the pint.
@@davidpaylor5666 Right, everything is spicy, sometimes they even dip in crushed chilies. Spice game is on another level. I couldn’t even eat half the stuff.
@@darrell3391 I spent six months in China just stuffing myself, some of the best food I've ever eaten (some of the worst too,) but some areas use so much chilli it's insane. Chilli isn't a spice in some provinces, it's a vegetable, and a proper Szechwan hotpot will just kill you if you aren't used to heat.
@@davidpaylor5666 I saw a show about it and there was a westerner who had this famous chilli oil roasted duck. It looked amazing but the spice level was through the roof. A proper Peking duck is just about the most delicious meat I’ve ever had, a good steak is nice but the duck is next level.
The fried chicken recipe is very good and probably tastes good.
It looked very good, uncle! But you should have used more egg and more flour at the second coating, to give more stability to the meat. And probably your oil temperature were not correct too, we can see a lot of pieces rare, probably because you fried the whole chicken. Should have fried at least half of then per time.
Uncle is right,this fried chicken not like KFC mode, but this is Chinese cook, the fried chicken should be made like that the surface skin fried crispy, inside of chicken meat should be juicy,that would be tasty.If you have chance go to China, you may find this type of chicken dinner.

Frying the chicken whole is not the issue. My mother has done this, and had been perfectly cooked. The key here is the correct temperature in the Oil.
