Deer Hunting with a Recurve Bow

As one season draws to a close, another has just begun. For years, I have wanted to take a deer with a recurve bow. It wasn't until recently, that I felt confident enough in my ability to take it to the woods. Extended archery season presented the perfect opportunity to take on the challenge. With multiple deer in the freezer and that pressure turned off, I figured it would be a great time to start that endeavor. This is just the beginning. To be continued...

Ja lubię spacerować szczególnie nocą po lesie. robię to bardzo często, pies ma przyczepiona lampkę więc widzę gdzie biega., dzięki temu udało mi sie spotkać wilka. Polecam, zupełnie inne obszary mózgu działają bo jesteśmy wzrokowcami, dzięki wytężonemu słuchowi jesteśmy w stanie zobaczyć co chowa sie za drzewem 50 m obok w całkowitej ciemności, z reszta cos takiego jak całkowita ciemność nie istnieje. Często zabieram ze sobą lornetkę 7*50, bardzo rozjaśnia obraz.

What draw weight is the recurve?

I'm using 45 lb limbs. I also have a fairly long draw length so I am pulling more in the range of 60-65 lbs.
