I know everybody wants to talk about WWHL and I actually did a good 5 minutes on it and then decided I had better erase it because Rocky was keeping it a little too real and I think I had better tone it down a tad bit, lol. So we will just discuss it in TOTB later this week.

I thought the funniest line was when Sheree asked why Kenya was in her business and Kenya said, "The only one in your business is the city of Atlanta." Lol
Has anyone caught the fact that Kandi and Todd have BOTH been played on their business deals with friends? Kandi didn't get paid by Kim Zolciak and Todd apparently didn't get paid by Phaedra. Clearly Todd and Kandi don't put their business with friends on paper? If you have a contract, you won't have these "haven't been paid" issues. Hopefully both have learned a lesson when dealing with friends in business.

I feel like I am the only person who was here for Kenya's vision with the foreclosed house! Everyone is clowning her for it being in the "forest" but it's modern & it's probably suppose to have glass walls or huge Windows that's probably why it's ducked off like that for privacy. But did you notice how Phaedra redecorated her house? It really girly like there was never a man that lived there. Now it looks like the inside of a damn genie bottle.

Phaedra trying to keep a storyline which is Apollo. she is keeping the spotlight off of her because she knew what Apollo was doing. She does not have that much money for what she was doing on the show. She set him up on the show but he took the whole fall so she would not be investigated.
I think Peter would've gladly went home with that woman or made a trip to the bathroom like Richie D. Him being up in her ear wasn't anything. Him putting his hand on her shoulder wouldn't have been anything. But him being comfortable enough to put his hand on her throat?? I doubt he does that with his boys or any of the other ladies on the cast. Did he ever do that with Nene back when they were cool? I know I'm a perv so some of this may be attributed to that but I really think that was a suggestive move. It translated to something like "Let me give you a taste of how strong I am....in bed" or "I bet I'll have you calling me daddy". If a guy is grabbing on me like that, we're either about to do some things or have done some things.

Congratulations to Porsha for the return of her RHOA peach! Porsha may not be book smart but she is resilient and this is the second time we have seen her bounce back from adversity (the first being after Cordell divorced and left her with nothing). You go girl!
All the women look fantastic especially Phaedra (who looks younger) considering all she has been through. Also, it was a coward's move for Todd to send Kandi to ask Phaedra for the money she owes him.
True on the porsha statement being able to bounce back. But I see this in her with other relationship on the show. Many times people go in on her on the show and she can come out smiling. I love her energy. She just seem happy and free. I think we loose that when we get older we take this ride of life to damn serious and sometimes we need relax and have fun.
+ecentric7 Unfortunately, the older we get the more responsibility we are likely to have which tends to generate mind occupying concerns. Porsha is a beautiful free spirit without any responsibility but herself. And unlike some of the women on the show Porsha does not involve herself in their spirit damaging mess. Porsha does Porsha.
Porsha's free spirit is infectious and makes me smile whenever she is on screen (like when she called herself a "sugar mommy"). Her divorce from the abusive Cordell was the best thing he could have done for her!!!
Zandra Joneston I agree...everybody on that show has children except Kenya and porsha. If you remember first season Kenya played the free spirit role which kind if bit her in the ass due to crossing boundaries. Porsha show me that she had the ability to be a wife , she respect her husband wishes by not crossing lines that he disagree with and I respect that. But i am glad she not with him.I also laugh at her too because she does has the ability to laugh at her self .like last year when phadre called her Thotland and she played along saying she have gifts pointing to parts of her body. I also seen another side of her at last reunion when nene had her break down and porsha began to speak wisdow to cool nene down. Nene was like a hurt child and porsha was like a mother..a lot of warmth at that scene

I could not wait for your review Rox! I felt Kandi looks alot better preggers. Phaedra just doesn't seem happy. Porsha was doing too much for a man she just met two days ago. According to property records which are available online, the house was put on the market several times in the past few years. Im not sure why but it may have to do with the location of the house down the hill. I won't reveal how much it last sold for but based on the houses in our neighborhood, she got a steal! But it was a foreclosure so Im not surprised. Also, the house it not complete as of yet. The design is very different from the other homes in our area but I love it! That driveway is more dramatic that they showed too lol Chateau Sheree is actually bigger than what it looked like on tv!! Because of the location, it is kinda hard to get a good shot of it I would imagine. Its on a corner lot and facing a very busy street. And yes, Kenyas house literally is about 500 feet from Sherees backyard!

According to Tamara Tattles Kenya is close to Buckhead, I think it is Smyrna/Vinings area. I hear this is a nice area also, you would know better than I. It was a cash deal - 500K, and a 4OOK gut renovation. I have a friend that is a real estate agent in Atlanta that has seen the house, and she says that with the renovations it is turning out to be quite nice. I hear that she also bought a house for a family member, I'm guessing that would be her aunt.
+sampa2nyc Yes Vinings is nice as well. Not as affluent as Buckhead but still a great area. I'm sure it will turn out nice, just a lot of work it seems.
Yeah, my friend has been inside. She said it is really nice. She also said that it was vacant for some time and there was a mold problem, but I assume the contractors dealt with that before renovating.

I was going back and forth, deciding if I would watch the train wreck that is the RHOA, this season. I was a little bored until Cynthia's party. When I heard "Chateau Charade", and "Mold Manor", I was ROTRL. Your breakdown of the show is almost as good as the show itself. Loved it when you called Atlanta "country". We L.A.'ers just see the south, and the midwest that way.

Although I have say, both Kenya and Sheree looked a little silly arguing over who is more homeless and who's house is more unfinished. At the end of day, neither one of them are living in their properties so they are both in the same boat as far as I'm concerned.
