Based on their answers they check with the country's registry to verify the claims. They also get police records of the individual to VERIFY!!! Nigeria is a Commonwealth Country, Haiti is a CARICOM country. Both of which have legal paths to residence and citizenship. If anyone from either group comes illegally or overstays, then they are eligible for deportation like any other who does the same Venezuelan, Colombian, Surinamese, Grenadian etc.

So the influx is due to the US also with the growth of Guyana they will need skilled and non skilled workers that’s where the Venezuelans come into play. With that said if Guyana doesn’t accept the Venezuelans the us will not offer any help and will impose sanctions.
