It is open to join here are the three requirements 1 you have 3 Minecraft videos on your channel published that you talk in 2 you seem to be a good fit for the server which right now is pretty much everybody 3 you have to do CZcams on the server it doesn't matter if it's lower or high quality because later we'll get better at making higher quality videos
I think we made a decent starter base...
