I think my only critique for tell me about yourself segment of this video is that the answer is a little bit too drawn out.... This would be a really good time to point out your strongest suit skill sets in relationship to the job description. Major wins within your own personal performance in business that make you proud of what you do and where you're trying to go. It kind of smashes the tell me your strength question in here and it allows you to highlight some of your greatest skill sets that fit the job instead of giving an overgeneralized answer. Because the beginning of the interview is one of the most important moments to showcase that you know what's expected. It's kind of like reading the first few lines of a resume you have to give them a reason to continue to listen to you speak as you would want them to continue to read your resume. So I really like the way he did it I just think it's a little too long

Looking for any situational job experience and tools combined answers kind of thing, appreciate these videos but in few interviews I have been I felt like telling then the process is like reading a text book to them, situational answers combined with tools is what they look for

Well explained. But I believe instead of mugging the answer you should provide real project experience as an example while explaining the situation. Because if I directly state your answer then they will think it's scripted. But yeah it's an good idea to take reference from your answers

What about finding your own answers based on the experience you've got instead of cramming your head with paragraphs you don't understand? You won't be able to repeat them with proper accentuation if they aren't your words. You'll sound like reading a script. You get a question and the mirage disappears. If you haven't dealt with process improvement, just admit it candidly, and maybe add you'd be interested in the subject. Find your own voice, speak your own mind, be authentic.
@gabor: I agree to your point , however the intention of getting these questions answered by Richard is because the way he articulates the answers are so professional and to the point . Sometimes even if we have pretty good work experience and good depth of understanding , we wouldn’t be able to convey it effectively. Our expertise and experiences along with Richards answering style would definitely take you to greater heights.
Have you created the video with these I got asked the exact same thing in applying for my business analyst 2 role …happy to say your tools did help me land that role and less than a year later I have an interview for the first position created in my department business analyst 3. I’m nervous about getting thrown off questions but I will list questions I get asked in that interview also!

I think if you know what you’re doing what ever question it is you can answer it as long it’s related to the job role.

This just shows how interviews are all about who is more skilled in wordplay than to see who's more suitable for the job. Why is there even a correct way to answer a question? TBH we lie a lot in interviews

My point - many IT projects tgere are bunch of problems and not allways system/business analysis are done good. And 1n of the reasons of that is lack of time in fast running projects.. only my thoaghts

It's a shame that you focus on the negatives instead of the 90% that adds value. If I just started off with the first tip without introducing myself, people wouldn't watch the video. When you start a presentation, it is important to 'introduce' yourself.
