Good team, but you have too many fire types, you should’ve had more Pokémon with different types in your team, Elite 4 all have different Pokémon,with different types and the easiest way to defeat them is an effective move
I don’t like 2 of charizards moves and while I know you use fly to get around you could always swap it for air slash and then use a random Pokémon from your pc to fly the other move I don’t like is brick break me personally I would swap it for ancient power and the reason I don’t like brick break is because you have mega y which is a special attacker and brick break is a physical attacking move Also I don’t like that you have so many fire types I saw that volcarona was one of them while you were battling Tess and tbh I would choose volcarona over charizard but for the love of god please get rid of cinderace and if you do come to the decision of charizard or volcarona get rid of the other because you need lots of diffferent typings and not mainly fire type also for gliscor it’s a physical attacker so I would get rid of earth power for earthquake and add swords dance somewhere in there but the other 2 moves I’ll let you decide just make sure they are physical other than that I’m not gonna say anything else because another comment has given some advice as well so I’ll leave some of it to them
