Not success meet Raja was in Mumbai composing for Shiva film KB wanted to finish the film and release soon IR didn't have dates but he completed but BGM scores were not correct so they just reused punnagai mannan BGM and modified it and released pudhu pudhu arthangal that's why there was a clash between the two!!!!

I didn't understand the incident of using IR's track by Ananthu.
nice information nadarajan sir. the reason , Raja sir didn't do music for kavithalaya is decision of Raja sir only.he himself spoiled relatioship with KB and the loss also for him only..........
It is IR who said he will NEVER work with KB again, because of KB's arrogance to use stock music (NOT IR music) for PPA BG score, not willing to wait for IR who was out of station for some other movie's RR. NOT the other way round. KB team TRIED to get IR for Roja & Annamalai. But IR REFUSED. So, in came Arr & Deva respectively.
WHOSE LOSS? What is KB's achievement starting from 1990? KB vanished due to continuous average movies, and came to Television and by the early 2000s, he vanished from there too. IR has composed 500+ movies AFTER 1992 and still composing.
@@BC999 i am fan of raja sir and also a musician.each and every song of raja sir i know. once i am not ready to listen the music of others .but i am telling from my own experience what happened in 1992 august after rahman inroduced in roja ?myself & my friends ( at that time my age was 22. i am singing in lightmusic orchestras)are keenly watching the situation, after roja ejaman.pandiyan became hit.after that total cine field forget raja sir.you cannot find any news in the daily, weekly, monthly magazines.but upto 1992 daily some news will be their about illayaraja. in the cassette shops some announcements regarding raja sir musicals, but this time you cannot find any thing ,totally every body forget.this situation was for me not acceptable and we were very sad why ? because before that last decades every where raja.... raja......we have to accept that kingdom pulled from him. so what was the reason, upto today nobody their to defeat raja sir .he is the king in western, carnatic,folk and all kind of music. but his rule finished in 1992--93.so if he would have not fought with somebody till today the kingdom will be there. the tamil music will be good and this useless noise would have not entered.this is true and like me ,the raja sir 's fan's great pain.after this in 1997 through " kadhalukku mariyadhai " only his news came in magazines.what you told is correct after this he did so many musicals.then because of the shows the people understand his value.even thogh the music kingdom demolishes, that is our grat pain of our heart...........

Eben as a producer kb sir gave remarkable contributions to tamil cinema. Biggest contribution was rahman. Being as a commercial producer he made trend setters like roja, annamalai etc.

He was making some overrated movies in the 80s. His late 80's movies were successful because of IR music. He would NOT have approached IR for Sindhu Bairavi, if NOT for IR's mammoth genius, shunning MSV & VSN! And after that, he was just an over-rated director resting on his past laurels.

IR has composed 500+ movies AFTER 1992. His 500th movie was ANJALI (1991). And Arr is YET to complete 200 movies in his 28-year career!! Whereas, IR's 200th movie was in 1984, just 6 years of his debut! These Arr fanatics are evil, STUPID & ignorant.

Raja has completed his 1000th movie on 2015..can't compare Raja with ARR..ARR works more on sounds..Raja works mostly in Ragam... Both are totally different..But Raja has explored music in different genres...
Late Sri SP Balasubramaniam in one of his interview said that when the national award panelists gathered to select awardees for the year 1992, for 'Devar magan', Ilayaraja was chosen for the award for best music director, upon persuasion from Balachander, SPB had to cast his vote for Roja music and the award went to AR.
These people are a bunch of unethical liars. This was how they promoted a music director.
Its not SPB, its Balu mahendra who was the panelist at that time... even he was close friend to Raja he chosen Rahman to encourage new comer.
@@gnadha123 This is an affirmation that 1992 awards were not based on merits, the award was to encourage a new comer, it is perfectly fine for Illayaraja to consider awards meaningless.

@@gnadha123 BUT, WHY did BM never use Arr?! That shows BM was under PEER PRESSURE (KB, MR) to cast the deciding vote and that is BACK-STABBING. How IR was able to forgive him and STILL able to give him soulful music like "Marubadiyum", Sathi Leelavathi, Thalaimuraigal shows IR is VERY magnanimous! How VM got 7 National Awards - and how Kannadasan got only 1 and others like Vaali, Pattukottai, Pulamai Pithan, Metha etc. got ZERO awards shows the BOGUS nature of these awards.
