Not quite. He's playing the actual continuation of RuneScape (RS2) now called RS3, with HD graphics and Evolution of Combat. Old School Runescape is a reboot of the 07 RS2 version created in 2013 after player demand (everyone starts over, stats, items, everything).

would def recommend checking out old school runescape if you want something closer to the experience you likely had in the late 2000s! both versions have had changes, but old school sticks closer to that original experience (graphics and all!) while the modern runescape went in some new directions, and they're both pretty similarly populated.

great video and thanks for finally uploading here. a word of advice, while trimming your gameplay to make highlights video like these, try to make each clip a little longer than it is now, helps get the audience get context and understand a clip before its already over.
