@@Ragunath21 no it won't look like gentical ,coz her mother doesn't look this must fat on her body or u can say water retention on her face n body ! As per today's science and medical one can achieve anything even if he or she is undergoing by genetic disorders .

It's simple her mother was surely fat when she was in her 50's, so aishwarya rai had inherited that, in addition to that she's now leading a very sedentary lifestyle without proper gym work or activities.....
Those factors play a potential role in influencing histones in chromosomes and further influencing the gene segments...... It's not a genetic disorder but a genetically inherited trait accompanied by poor lifestyle
PS : I'm a medical student, and i know the difference between a disorder and a normal metabolic stuff 😁😁
