Fired UESF Teacher Margaret Reyes Calls Out Bullying, PAR & Discrimination

- Fired UESF teacher Margaret Reyes spoke at the SFUSD school board meeting about the illegal harassment and bullying by SFUSD staff lawyers including Mike Quinn and the illegal discharges using PAR.
She also discussed her discussion with UESF president Susan Soloman who said that she would not defend Reyes because she was not a member. At the same meeting the SFUSD school board dropped the demand to destroy the Arnautoff mural voted instead to spend over $850,000 to permanently. cover it up. Also school bus drivers who are members of SMART protested the board to save money allowing the contracting out of their work to a non-union company Zoom that has no proper training for bus drivers and who also plan to put disabled students into UBER cars.

I'm so tired of the power structure in this town.
It's time for the board and union president to step down.
She'll never step down. The only thing we can do is stop paying her, but then she can throw us into PAR. How is this even legal?
The union president needs to be investigated by the NEA and AFT!
How can any teacher feel safe when our union allows this to happen to anyone?
if the board is all about marginalized people, then they need to fire those attorneys and UESF needs to end par or stop taking teachers' money. I'm sick that the attorneys can even get people's medical records.
The abuse of power extends to knocking things down so your land developer family can make money putting gentrified stuff in its place.
Why do I now wonder if the Fahrenheit 451 School Board gave their legal team a raise for scratchy its seedy underbelly?
I suspect this teacher went so public and got her story out first cause she feared the union and district would get their hired hacks over at the Examiner to write a hit piece on her.
Kelly,, Plack & Solomon have had control of everything in the union so we the rank and file need to take control of the contract negotiations before Solomon appoints her team to control the contract for next time.
Why would the union talk about Skelly hearings? The union is a dance team!
UESF needs to be investigated. Nothing funny about their antics.
