God definitely speaks in dreams. Before Jesus saved me I used to be Catholic and was dabbling in the occult like consulting psychics and just spiritualism. God gave me a dream where I was home and was having a get together. I was speaking to friends when my friends aunt whom met once walked into my studio apartment and started wiping the wall infront of my bed with her hand. I said to myself "that's a lot of dirt" because there was dirt on the wall. Out of that dirt she ended up painting a huge portrait as big as the wall of Jesus. She came and stood in front of my saying nothing and I said you painted something. She replied I painted what you love. I nonded in agreement because I couldn't speak. I started to sob like I've never sobbed in my life. 6rs later Jesus gave me an epiphany and in that split second every desire I had for spiritualism and obsession I had with psychics was gone and I began to search for Jesus. God gave me 2 other drems with him where he answered my question wether it was ok to worship the patron saint Guadalupe. And the answer is no its not ok. That dream he was really tall and I couldn't see his face. The 3rd he walked through me like a spirit. So I beleive that was the Holy Spirit. Praise God all mighty!

When I was with my ex and when I started praying there was this immediate thought or voice that told me he’s not good he’s not the one etc. When I got thousands thoughts or voices I used to rebuke them because I thought it was form the devil, however it was the Holy Spirit cause this man really ruined my heart for a while. God had a plan for me and he helped me through it.

I had a very vivid dream where God was speaking through Derek Prince, he showed me an old movie slide show of all the churches. As he was going along he said “I love you all, but …” and then he stopped on the Orthodox Church and said “this is closet to heaven”. I am a Protestant/charismatic. I always believed religion was demonic. I started looking into orthodoxy and the history of the original church. I felt Holy Spirit was revealing so much to me. I felt like I had received new eyes. I couldn’t listen to modern worship (Hillsong/bethal) ect. I started listening to orthodox chants and prayer. I was listening to Protestant to orthodox testimonials. I even took my family to an Orthodox Church. However it opened demonic doors and everything in our life started to feel like warfare. It felt like we had gone backwards. The church didn’t feel like us. It was hard to juggle kids in an Orthodox Church. Everything and everyone was Greek and we were the youngest people there. I couldn’t see how this was God. I wasn’t seeing the fruits. I’m still unsure what that dream was, whether it was a religious spirit who was trying to take me off my path or if it truly was God. I questioned myself, do I listen to the enemy, was it really God’s voice ? I no longer trusted what I felt was God. For my own peace I dropped the orthodox thing. We continue to go to our Protestant church and I have completely lost interest in the Orthodox Church now. I feel as though I failed as a Christian, I allowed Satan to speak to me and dictate my life through a dream and i almost took my family down the wrong path. It’s scary how easy it is to be distracted or misguided by the enemy. Sometimes it’s hard to discern.
Thank you for sharing. We have to have an extremely clean filter in order to interpret and discern properly. Even when our filters are clean it is a best practice to check in with others whom we know have clean filters as well. Dont feel bad it is ALL preparation and even "that" He will use too.!!

Nabuchadnazzer had a dream that struck fear in his heart about a statue, and it was God telling him what was to come. Pharaoh also had a bad dream and woke up in fear and it was God warning him if a famine after a great harvest. 😊, certain dreams, though they strike fear in you, could be from the enemy as much as they could be warnings of what is to come.
There is definitely a different type of fear when it is a warning from God compared to when it is an attack from the enemy. If you feel scared and confused and have a very ugly feeling it is more than a demonic attack (also depending on what you see in the dream). If it is a warning you can feel ugly and scared but once the dream is over you will have a sense of peace and or it not be as scared when you wake and may be feeling like it meant something because it was either also strange or or very descriptive or also may not feel scared at all during and after the dream because it came from God. To warn you or show you something that may be urgent.
This was really enlightening. The Lord has spoken to me through dreams. While I was fighting cancer God spoke so much through my dreams. I expected him somewhere else but this was one of the main ways he spoke to me. I love the ending of this dialogue as well on marriage and family. Thank you so much.
