हर्षित ने अपने जीवन में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना किया लेकिन कभी हिम्मत नहीं हारी. Harshit अपने कॉलेज में काफी वीक थे उनके पास जिम जाने के भी पैसे नहीं थे उसकी बजाए उन्हें काम करना पड़ता था और जिसके कारण उनका रुझान fitness की तरफ और बढ़ा और उन्होंने fitness वीडियोस देखने स्टार्ट किये और fitness workout करने शुरू किये| परिवार की आर्थिक अवस्था अच्छी न होने के कारण बहोत कठिनाईओ का सामना करना पड़ा | हर्षित ने कई जगह नौकरी करने की कोशिश की फिर अंत में उन्हें ITC Maurya में fitness bodybuilding trainer की नौकरी मिली| जहां उनकी मुलाकात Indian Cricket Team Captian Virat Kohli से हुई, और उन्होंने हर्षित को बॉडीबिल्डर, और bodybuilding के लिए inspire किया और हर्षित की 2 लाख रूपये से सहायता की.
Harshit Panday, MR. India Bodybuilding, Iron man of India, a young bodybuilder. is a very famous bodybuilder and fitness trainer. Harshit started his journey in 2012 at the age of 20. His journey from Zonal Bodybuilding to Mr India Bodybuilding was very painful. His parents were never in favour of becoming a bodybuilder and to pursue it as a career. Harshit was underweight in his early 20s. But instead of all the odds, he followed his mantra of 'keep trying' and never stopped.
This Josh Talks is a bodybuilding motivation story. He was always drawn towards fitness which became his passion. Harshit started his bodybuilding career from scratch, His mother used to give him 35 rupees which were his diet, He faced a lot of problems but never stopped, Harshit did hard work, to pursue his passion in bodybuilding. Harshit started working with ITC hotels as a fitness trainer and specialist.
That’s where he met VIRAT KOHLI The Indian Cricket team Captain, who asked him to follow his Passion and showed his support and gave him 2 lakh rupees check for his financial needs and focus more on bodybuilding. He gave his best in bodybuilding, inspite of all the hardships he faced, he worked hard and won lots of medals as a bodybuilder. Harshit’s biggest inspiration in bodybuilding is SANGRAM CHOUGULE, Mr Universe at the WBPF World Championship in 2012, 2014. He used to watch his fitness videos, bodybuilding videos which were his biggest inspiration. Harshit defines the true meaning of hard work.
He has won a lot of medals at the regional & national levels. This is an inspirational story which talks about bodybuilding motivation and passion motivation as well as tells to 'follow your dreams' and 'follow your heart'.

I never took any steps for fitness till 38 years but now I have improved from 54 to 65 kg in 1 year with decent physics and now next yrying to achieve 70 and further 75 kg... U r one of my inspiration. I know nothing happens overnight it requires consistency and we need to improve daily little.

हर्षित भाई आपकी आपकी 35 रूपये वाली बात सुनकर मुझे बहुत रोना आ गया मेरा भी कुछ ऐसा ही दिन था जब में पढ़ाई करता था उस समय मैं 7th class में था तब मेरी माता जी देहान्त हो गया और जब में 8th class में था तब मेरे पिता जी का भी स्वर्गवास हो गया मैंने कैसे कैसे 10th class complete किया सोचा आगे नही पढ़ पाऊंगा लेकिन उस स्कूल के principal sir' ने मुझे 12th class तक फ्री में पढ़ने दिया और आगे भी कहा की जितना पढ़ोगे सारी जिम्मेदारी मैं लूंगा बट उस टाइम मैं स्कूल से घर आकर शाम को अंडे बेचा करता था और principal sir' को बोला मैं अब कुछ कमा लेता हूं आगे की पढ़ाई कर लूंगा उसके बाद मैने आईटीआई किया और पुणे महाराष्ट्र में काम किया अभी मैं घर आया हूं मेरा घर जैगहन जौनपुर उत्तर प्रदेश में पड़ता है सच में आपने बहुत मेहनत किया है! 😭😭🙏🙏❤️❤️
