Puff pastry - 800g.
Tomato sauce -100 gr.
Bacon - 200 gr.
Spring onions - 100 gr.
Hard cheese - 100 gr.
Vegetable fat.
1 egg.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Mold diameter 22 cm.
1 garlic.
Dill.
3 teaspoons of yogurt.
Bon appetit!
Ich staune, dass selbst hier auch immer wieder "Meckerer"giebt. Freut euch an dem schönen Video und an der schönen Musik. Übrigens schmeckt die Rolle prima.

Für Pizza wird Hefeteig genommen, Blätterteig ist da keine Konkurrenz...so auch viel fettiger das ganze.
Natürlich kann man das mal ausprobieren, aber der Vergleich mit Pizza?😅

Very nice music. Very calming. Great idea! I will try with a few changes. I would cook bacon alittle before putting on pastry. I would also put sections on a sheet pan.

Good starter, but the sides of puff pastry roll are not cooked. Needs to be egg washed and baked slightly apart. Am going to give it my best try. I do make these with mushrooms, but cut thinner slices and bake them flat apart.
