Well, the "auditor" should have done his own research first and had print outs of the easement from an adjuster or someone. Taking a guess can get you hemmed up.

All those incredibly stupid cops had to do is call a lawyer to find out about public easements. This is info those corrupt cops should already know from their 'training'.
@TheRealBleachX not up to the auditor to prove his innocence. There are also plenty of websites to look at. I'm a surveyor, and I have an app I use.

Standing on public sidewalk is perfectly legal. First amendment protected activity . DOJ file complaint show them the video. Contact JAG head quarters and file lawsuit against the coast guard. And let them know the guards abandoned their post with out proper releave.

They only have federal jurisdiction om the inside of the fence , all roadways must have an easement by law for pedestrian thoroughfare , utilities and fire hydrants and just look up the road on a GIS survey for proof . More than 2 cops violated his rights ; 18 USC 241 , 242 1983 , conspiracy and deprovision of rights under color of law . He does not have to be arrested , threat of arrest still gives him standing for a civil litigation .

100% correct , however finding a civil rights attorney for a non injury litigation is difficult unless you litigate your own suit pro-se and are educated on filing proper motions and understand the verbatim of communicating and understanding of terminology .

I wish courts would start addressing the fabrication of charges.
The cop says ‘If you stand on the street, you’re going to jail for Disorderly Conduct.’ How? Isn’t the correct charge ‘pedestrian in the roadway’? Yet so often the cop makes up a completely fraudulent charge.
Look how many people have been arrested for recording somewhere the cops try to evict the person from. The charge is never ‘Recording’ (since it’s not illegal). The cops has to fabricate a different charge to make the arrest.
So why doesn’t the courts see that, dismiss the fraudulent charge, and then charge the cop for the bastardization of justice?

@@TheRealBleachX Yah he would appeal , you can't turn a 1st amendment activity into a crime and also every public road by law has to have an easement for citizens to walk , utilities , fire hydrants and signs . Also the GIS survey proves it . Even if a lower court finds him guilty he will win on appeal in a higher court , liable now becomes malicious prosecution , deprovision of rights under color of law 19 USC 242 1983 , conspiracy to deprive rights under color of law 18 USC 241 1983.
Wheres the proof he lost the lawsuit.all 3 cops fuck up.

all law enforcement officers need to be paying there own insurance so when they get sued and lose the tax payer does not have to pay for bad cops to go back to work, if doctors can do it then cops can pay also
