U could put the plier rack in the smaller section on the left if u run it front to back or cut the rack down to fit in the back so it want move. I keep my jumbo wrench’s long ratchets and pipe wrench under the socket lid

Similar here. Pliers go on the left side so the area under the socket lid can hold hammers, pry bars, and other long objects.
