Easy SOLO money in GTA Online PS4 with High Limit Roulette [after 1.32 update]

This easy solo money making system, provided by other CZcamsrs, still works after the 1.32 update for Grand Theft Auto Online. I tested this on my PlayStation 4 and present you this tutorial.
