    I was so hesitant if I can sustain becoming a Keto Vegan. I am vegan for almost 7 years but I consume way too many carbs which caused me to have insulin resistance and PCOS. Thank you so much for your content, I am very sure I can do this which such lovely recipes!

    These courgette burgers will be on my menu this week. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing recipe! They look so satisfying and delicious 😉 To squeeze the water out of vegetables like shredded zucchini or riced cauliflower, I have a lint-free thin white kitchen towel that I use. I put the vegetables in the middle of the cloth, pull up the ends, and twist and squeeze until all the water runs out.

    I thought I've watched all your videos, apparently not. I don't know how I missed this video, only now it's popped up and watched it. I'm happy to know that there're only a few veges in the recipie yet looks so yummie and simple to make in a batch. I've just baked a batch of crusty rolls and was thinking what else I can eat them wtih, these will be perfect, thanks.

    Thank you for this recipe, sounds yummy! I might caramelize the onion separately because I find mixing it with the mushroom and frying together probably won't get it caramelize enough for my taste! I must try your Buns also : )

    Just finished eating these burgers and they are superb!! Texture and taste 10/10 … it’s so refreshing to watch an influencer who is not only extremely knowledgable

    I made your coconut flour focaccia the other day and it came out Heavenly :) I completely forgot to try your almond flour buns even though I printed the recipe a while ago. I will definitely make these burgers when I finish eating the rest of the focaccia which won’t take long ;)

    I'm going to make these, yummmm. When I saw these, I thought about maybe instead frying: turning into loaf pan with tomato sauce/paste on top with additional nutritional yeast and bake 🤔🤗

    I don’t usually comment on videos but now I have to.
    This burger made me cry!
    I have been vegetarian for 25 years trying to do keto on and off. I usually go off of it because it’s hard to be keto when you are vegetarian. It’s hard unless you know someone like @heavenly fan.
    I made this burger, made the buns too, I don’t like zucchini so left that out. It turned out wonderfully. I added a slice of tomato, some leaves , onion, a bit of mustard, ketchup (very little), mayo and a few slices of gurkins. It was amazing!!!

    Yes I have tried. It is good. I am wondering wether you can put the mixture into empanadas.
    Also, this can be eaten without being cooked. Raw into a sandwich. Super tasty in summer. Easy to digest and full of vitamins.
    Tasty, I prefer when it is raw. So much tasty .

    Lovely recipe! I added nutmeg, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and cumin seed to the mixture as well. I found the pine nuts a lil unnecessary, it tasted a little fishy for some reason. I also added couple of tablespoon of brown rice flour and coconut flour. I think the coconut flour alone should be fine though.

    I made these courgette burgers yesterday as well as the bread and they were DELICIOUS! I didn’t have the gherkins though as I tend to eat the lot once the jar is open 😁👍🏻💛

    I LOVE zucchini!! Gonna try this after i get to the farmers market. Miss Heavenly, have you tried Alison Roman's chickpea stew with coconut and turmeric? I've been making it every week for months, and i think to myself "heavenly would love this recipe"

    I mix olive oil and coconut oil for frying the oil would not burn and it gives food delicious flavor. Try it. Btw, you have natural beauty that is lovely.

    i have been looking for a veggi burger that is both low carb and meat free. I have always preferred bean burgers to meat burgers but now beans are off the table due to their high carb content its been

    made this last night and added some spices and ground cauli and broccolli and sauteed it also. rung out all the liquid. However the texture tasted "slimy" due to I'm thinking the pysillium husk powder. next time I will substitute it for some egg white and a bit of my keto breadcrumbs...Did you have this texture effect?

      Do hemp seed protein powder or pea protein powder. Or both. And hemp seed protein powder is better and cheaper than regular hemp protein powder. There is a difference...FYI.

    Also heat your oil before adding mixes to pan or it goes soluble or insoluble, you get me, quick if it’s bubbly hot you get flavour for 1 and it won’t soak into your onions and have no purpose just fat minus the flavour

    Hi, have you tried making ur own pickles? It's easy: filtered water/salt/spices! You will get probiotic rich pickles. Pickles made with hot water/ vinegar have no probiotics in them!

    What is the purpose of psyllium husk? Can I skip it or substitute it with something else? I don't its texture.

      The psyllium husk is there to bind the patties. You can perhaps try ground chia seed as an alternative.

    Great, but, lol, vegan mayo and the raising agent in your buns, if you can get these out / replaced with whole foods you are the best. Anyone at this level yet ? Like 100% plant based. Again ... I’m typing this and hearing salt. 🚨
