- Welcome back. Today we are going to take a look a Clayton Built home called the Parker. It is a 1680 sq ft home with 3 bedrroms and 2 bathrooms. Here at Sanders Housing, they added a custom wood burning fireplace with some really nice stone work.

The home is built by Cavalier. They are another company owned by Clayton. They build that fireplace. Check out the Bryant by Cavalier. Great house where you will see that fireplace. I appreciate your videos. Been watching since you began. Always look forward to them.

Nice house great size and floor plan. Practical kitchen. I'd probably drop the fireplace and add wood shelves ad rods.

I really like the fireplace and the large secondary bedrooms and closets! I do think I would miss the pantry and linen closet though.. just can't get everything without a big price tag. But you will keep searching for us 😆

That fire place is very nice. I love how they made the stone columns on each side! Really does make you want to just sit there right in front of it! I like this home but there arent any storage closets?! Kinda need a couple of those just my opinion. Thanx for the tour Nate!

I love the floor plan but I still don’t understand why the builder keeps putting in those wire hangers…… a few touches here and there and this would be a great home although I noticed there’s very little counter space for the microwave because if the microwave is over the stove I have a medical condition that wouldn’t work well in that location. Thanks for bringing this home to your channel Nate
