The second one is my favorite. If i were going to build a house, it would definitely be that one.

Iâve been struggling to find modular home builders in or those that service Georgia. Can you recommend any?
In the first home I am not a fan of all the wood on the ceilings and in the wall treatments. It is too dark. Not a fan of the darker colors coming back in. I also would have to have a tub in the master and a fireplace in the living area. I noticed a few models did not have either.
I have to agree, takes away from bright and cheerful, I'm sure they would have other selections to choose from.
