I literally learned more by watching this 3 minute video than the sum of ALL of the other content I've seen combined. Thank you for making a simplified version for people who just need help with basics. Everyone else on the internet seems to only make 3 hour long videos from the perspective of a 10,000 hour gamer trying to help 2,000 hour gamers.

My 30 second or 1 minute vids are usually scripted, but longer vids like this I edit first, then comment in real time over the edited footage. Sometimes the ad-libed lines are the best.
Basically Hillock is great everywhere and Research is the most important tree, I think. I fluked T4 Aisling yesterday and stumbling onto this helped a lot. Thanks.

What's the easiest way to just unlock all the crafting recipes without actually learning this mechanic? Just spam syndicate events and click any of the 3 options when I down a member?

You can keep running until moving him around is offered, but in honestly, I do think there's a way to force people by blocking some full houses, and picking the right rivalries. But I'm not the expert at Syndicate. I generally don't run it. You could try a longer guide like czcams.com/video/XLWI0YM2Ys0/video.html
People acting like I’m supposed to learn all the intricacies of syndicate in three minutes when you actually helped me by showing that picture! Never thought to google their outcomes. Everything else is kinda self explanatory people just dumb

There are probably fifty options for multiple-hour long videos that explain every excruciating detail of Betrayal including organizational charts, rewards, etc. Newbies, including me, have watched those videos until our eyes glazed over and still failed Research labs because NONE of those videos explain the most basic of all principles -- "attack the uterus." The map UI itself directs you to the caches before you can even see the syndicate members on the map. NOTHING other than the syndicate members matter at all for the encounter, so 100% of the other information means exactly nothing if you can't actually understand how to win the encounter to begin with.
