There were plenty of entry-level Kazuya combos here. There were also plenty of intermediate-level combos here, which are perfect for me, and some expert-level combos for the Kazuya top flyte.

Also PGF: next lesson is ch df2 into quad electric df1 df2 then ss to make it more reliable then 31 cancel (miss 3 on purpose) b2,2,1+2 (delay second 2) and full wall combu b2,4 df2 then apply oki mix up you got that all right?

Crazy part is, I naturally do all of these combos😂 I even made some solid ones to keep in the bag for a clutch Win. Kaz is only good for people who kinda relate to him in real life😅

There are a lot of solid combos that can be executed in game on the fly, especially some of the intermediate ones for new Kaz players. Really, really good.
One thing this also teaches me is how I NEED to use CD1+2 a lot more.

I’m having a lot of trouble trying to do the triple electric into DF1, DF2 combo. I do 2 very fast electrics into a deep dash, but I just can’t get the DF1 to connect even though I’m inputting the micro dash. Any tips?
Try on lars
Try doing Ewgf->Micro SSR ->Ewgf->deepdash Ewgf->Microdash df1,2
One mistake I was making was inputting the microdash way too early so that it could be buffered so I ended up with a normal df2, try doing the microdash a little later. Imagine the timing being where you could input a second electric
Try doing the deep dash as late as possible without it dropping and making sure they’re as close to you as possible before micro dash df1. That’s what worked for me 👍
try to wait a bit more on the 3rd electric then do the double dash into electric
sick video man, i dont like using combos that end in b2,2 1+2. I much prefer using mazku tech or getting a proper wall ender
btw those wall combos at the end were sick, didnt even know you could do that after chws1+2

B22 1+2 now gives a lot of time to dash in and do b2,4 df2 wall ender, which gives you the best oki because of the positioning.
@@edgelord121 That ender isnt very consistent with b22 1+2, the laser has to splat them in exactly the right position for it to work. I do use it when possible though.
@@DGT_-mv5ju in my experience it works 9/10 times. Idk how much more consistent you need it to be

I noticed you do 3 electrics into Df1,2. Is there a specific angle or micro-dash required to land df1,2 after third electric?
no specific angles just deep dashh and timing

What is the controller/stick you are using? I’d stick, do you recommend bat or ball top bro? I’m in between which one feels more comfortable while maintaining speed for kazuya
He plays on stick , sanjo v6 and korean one , korean is comfortable than the Japanese

I'll never understand how people play Kazuya on right. It's be nice to have the notation at the bottom of the screen for the combos
That's because on an arcade stick, at least a Japanese one(the ball type), you only need to move your fingers for the lever when playing. Compared to when playing on the left, you have to move your whole hand. Can't say the same for Korean sticks. At least that's how I see it. I don't have a lot of experience with sticks.
what combo do you do offaxys/backturned?
BT i try to do 1243 but that seems kind of suboptimal to me

My main is jin and secondary is kazuya ngl playing with kazuya feels so fun i really enjoy the matches, it feels like i am rewarded for defense and execution in online matches, btw great guide, you have any tips to pull pgf, i can do ewgfs but man pwgf are hard .

btw, there is something i wanna share, in T7 2xDEWGF was so hard to do for me, same stick and same settings but all of a a sudden not it’s so easy to do 5xEWGF after df+2, dose tekken 8 allows buffer EWGF? and T7 don’t?

This should be baked into your core Kazuya gameplay, my guy. It is part of his 50/50 vortex.
The higher you get the less you should use it tbh.
@@adonutplaysgames idk man, over the past 15 years of using FF3, yeah it's good but Kaz is also vulnerable to every little thing while doing it, and on block your pressure is mostly over. CD1+2 has a bit of high crushing, comes out of wave dash more naturally, it's starting animation and hellsweep starting animation is impossible to distinguish, and you get better wall utility and the move will pickup any flippiness or hopekicks
@@NYG5 Kazuya is almost always unsafe, my dude. It has been the core of the character for years now. The buffed cd1+2 is excellent but no longer launches on ch so it's pretty useless outside of combo dmg (this is where it is meant to shine), whereas ff3 launches for a full combo.
Ff3 is great when done from wavu and this is where it truly has its place in Kazuya's vortex due to how easily it can be mixed with hellsweep, so I'd recommend giving it a try.
@@adonutplaysgames perhaps but the animation for FF3 has Kaz stand straight up, so coming out of wave dash it can be reacted to if the opponent is good enough, and on block your turn is mostly over, tracking is about the same too and frame wise it probably comes out as slowly as patricide fist due to having to forward dash to FF3. Although pf doesn't start a combo, it does help you drive the opponent towards the wall and will catch hopekickers, spring kickers and seems to crush jabs.
