THESE ARE SO SO GOOD AND EASY TO MAKE
RECIPE:
3 cups all purpose flour/bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs cracked
2 cups buttermilk
its nothing like fried pork chops
season pork chops with salt and pepper
place in flour,then eggs/buttermilk and then flour or bread crumbs
fry in oil untill golden brown at 350 degrees

I hate frying, but this is one of few things I do like to fry along with bone in ribs - real simple. They cook well in the air fryer, too. Chef ppl have nothing better to say. They didn't grow up like we did when our mom (well my mom) used the brown paper bag to shake the meat in. They don't know how ppl fixing food in the restaurant (any of these restaurants), yet got something to say about a plastic bag.

I thought my friend was crazy when he told me about this. We cut up beef ribs. It's the only way I want them lol fast and crispy! Dipped in homemade bbq sauce or some Stubb's Spicey bbq sauce! Also gives you some variety when you're picking out side dishes..

I have never finished my fried ribs in the oven. I want to see if there’s a difference in taste by do that. But, what I do do is deep fry my country style ribs just like I would do my chicken and I have never failed in deep frying the ribs and the coating never burned.

Looks good Chef 👍😋. One Question, I have some thick cut smoked bone in pork chops. I offered them that way. I was wondering they come frozen. Once thawed I want finish them in the oven, since they are fully cooked. How would you smother them? I want gravy to tenderize them because I want either rice or mashed potatoes. I want to put that gravy on top of my chops as well as on my rice or mashed potatoes. Maybe some biscuits too. To go with that I have mixed greens and some beans. I don't want to over cook the chops since they are already fully smoked. I figure maybe 15 no longer than 20 to let the gravy soak in and make them fork tender. I'm loving this idea.
